I've been here at least five or six times now and the food at Georges is always creative, well executed, and incredibly fresh. You can taste the quality of the ingredients in every delectable bite. The restaurant has a modern decor and isn't very big, lending to an intimate, relatively quiet ambiance which is brought to life by the vibrant flavors and almost exuberant staff. Talented bar tenders and friendly, attentive waiters round out an excellent meal at Georges. If you like seafood you have to try Georges.

Excellent food and service. If you love fresh and delicious seafood Georges is excellent. Perfect for lunch (just know it fills up fast). When going out for lunch Georges always comes to mind.

We had lunch here and loved it! It's a seafood place, hard to find in the Financial District, and the chef is inspired. Loved the fish tacos and petrale sole sandwich. I rarely find one of my favorite chards, but they had Stuhmueller by the glass. Georges has a great vibe and I would recommend their Happy Hour (based on their description). This is my new favorite lunch place...ps, the doughnuts dipped in ganache...to die for!

Th former London Wine Bar is reinvented! The seafood shines and so does the service. One of us was not quite sure she had parked correctly on the street. Our waiter offered to go look at her car in the next block-just to make sure...what a great offer. The gnocchi were heavenly and so were the scallops. They came 3 to an order, there were four of us so they added 1 ( at a modest price )so thoughtful.
