Guests are encouraged to order from a five, seven, or ten course tasting menu in order to fully explore the bold flavours and textures of Chef Loseto’s cooking. Wine pairings carefully selected by JP Potters, GM & Sommelier, George, are a wonderful addition to the tasting experience. The wine program is focused on quality, sustainability and terroir. Wines are sourced from small suppliers with a focus on unique appellations and varietals. At the table one of our five sommeliers will ensure selections are perfectly paired to the unique cuisine of Executive Chef Loseto.
