When you walk to the back there is a a large room that has been detailed from the upholstered tables to the fur walls. There are white leather booths that look gorgeous, not to mention the crystal chandeliers. The food was outstanding, and the waiter was very attentive. The GM often checked on our service throughout the night. Since it was our first time there they gave us a complimentary cold antipasti that was phenomenal. Great choices on the menu, and I am Argentine born and all I can say, is that when I cannot have my mother's empanadas I can go to Gaucho Grill - very genuine Argentine food. Loved the dessert - dulce de leche crepes with vanilla ice cream! the different ceviche were outstanding, and the service was great! Was really busy and we got seated at about 915. Waiter was very courteous and polite - through the evening. We got the Tilapia ceviche as an app, Chimichurri steak and the Mendozio steak - everything was top notch and flavors were bold and complex. Excellent experience! The only missed step was that the two sides we ordered seemed to have been missed (place was PACKED). The waiter came by and apologized and didn't charge us for one of the sides (that only showed up as we were wrapping up our entrees) - further he brought us a platter of deserts on the house (tres leches cake, vanilla ice cream and a flourless chocolate mousse cake). Great save by the waiter.

I could hear the couples conversation next to me and I didn't like that. Also, when I sat I had to move the table out and go sideways not to interrupt the people next to us. (and I'm not a big person) Tables are way too close together.
The gentleman who took care of us was only talking to my husband and not me when he was telling us the specials. He was knowledgeable about the specials and menu items. Carlos was very professional, not intrusive, but anticipated our needs without asking. I had the the hangar steak, it was delicious, but too big! My wife had the strawberry salad & chicken martini, both very good. plate presentation also excellent. dessert was a well prepared flan. Took my wife there for her birthday with my family on a mid-week night. We were made to feel welcome and comfortable like regulars from the moment we walked in. Service was terrific, food was even better. Waiter helped me pick a lovely Argentine cabernet which was much more reasonably priced than the California cabs I was looking at, The wine was outstanding! All of our of our food was delicious and the portions were robust. I went there expecting to enjoy a steak, but ended up choosing the seafood paella. Score! It was delicious. I've been here for work meetings, friend outings and family birthdays and it adapts to all occasions.
Haven't tried many of their cocktails, but I did try their sangria and it was awesome! For my father's birthday they actually came out to sing for him and gave him a delicious slice of cake on a very well decorated platter with "Happy Birthday" written with chocolate sauce. The food was AMAZING! The main entrée and side portions are generous and match their price! The dessert (Apple Strudel) was so good - we had to share because we were so stuffed from the dinner!
The service made the experience even better! We had no problems with the valet parking, coat check and waiter service. They were so kind and helpful. The room noise was moderate, just enough people to make the room enjoyable to be in.

The interior is different with cow hides on the wall but it is also very dark and well decorated. You can tell the manager cares about the guest hes always keeping a watchful eye and walking around. The food was delicious. Not on the light side though. Great menu selections and very flavorfuland tasty food preparations and presentation. Seafood were prepared moist and tender, meats were very tender and cooked as requested. Fried panko Eggplant with mozzerella was delicious. Our friend, who was not an eggplant eater was converted after a taste. The flat iron steak was juicy and tender and the seafood with linguini in a light broth had a nice selection of seafood. The coconut flan was so creamy and smooth and just melted in your mouth. The wait staff was very attentive and unobtrusive.
