  • "We had a great meal there. The service was excellent, my wine was delicious and the paella was wonderful. We shared both kinds of paella for main and ordered lots of appetizers. The octopus was so tender and the tilapia ceviche was light and tasty. Loved the feel of the outdoor space. We will be back for sure."

  • "When we were seated at our table, the waiter accidentally knocked the glass of water over onto my son's girlfriend. The glass broke. They very kindly moved us to another table. But she had to sit with damp slacks the rest of the evening and she had a minor cut on her finger. Food was good. Service was very good. At the end of the meal we were offered an after dinner drink on the house which was lovely for the rest of our party but the girlfriend doesn't drink. I thought maybe they should have comped her the dinner. Not all of us, just her. I would have to think about returning to the Gaucho Grill again."

We have dined at some pretty notable restaurants ( Chef Ramsey's The Maze,Nobu in Miami & NY, Asia de Cuba to name a few) We truly had an amazing experience from the time we walked in until the time we left. All staff were attentive, polite, cheerful & the food was perfection!!! Highly recommended."

  • "I have been several times and always had a great meal. The skirt steak, the stuffed pork chop, the paella... It's all amazing! For starters - the octopus, the empanadas and the calamari are delicious! Throw in the high end decor, friendly owners and top shelf bar - this place is a hidden gem. YOU MUST get a drink from Carlos, hands down the best bartender in White Plains! We often go just for a drink. Or two... or three."

  • "The place is beautifully designed. Very upscale feel. Waiters are polite, classy and offer to help you choose a menu item. Food came out fairly quickly. We ordered the duck wraps for our appetizers and they were absolutely DELICIOUS!! The steak soon followed and looked so delicious, but ended up tasting so-so. We had ordered medium, but were disappointed to find out that most of the pieces had no pink in the center. One was very rare and another was dry as a bone. Having the salad helped somewhat. Wine menu is decent. So all in all, very good aspects but also some things that could be improved."

  • "My husband and I went there for a night out. Free valet parking when you arrive, which is a nice touch. It's decorated beautifully but the layout of tables in main dining room is awkward . When you walk in you can see everybody and they see you arriving. It's quiet but it's totally not intimate. Good service. Food is very good. We had the crab cake and the cold antipasto for two as appetizers. For the main dishes I had the seafood paella and my husband had the pork chop valdostana. I loved my dish as did my husband. Would highly recommend this place."

  • "It was our first time to Gaucho Grill. Being originally from Argentina, I was skeptical of the quality and taste of the food. I was wrong. All our food was incredibly tasty, ranging from the empanadas to the steak, fish, pasta, and even the salads. We also went with our kids, which can be challenging. Yet the restaurant was so flexible in making substitutions, brought the food to us very quickly (but did not feel rushed at all), and overall the service was as outstanding as the food. What a great find. I strongly recommend this restaurant."

  • "First time at Gaucho Grill. Excellent experience. I had the delicious and flavorful sea bass. My husband enjoyed the mixed grill. One item that didn't wow us was the grilled octopus. Kind of bland. Service was very attentive even tho restaurant was busy. We definitely hope to return with friends."

Although we no longer eat steak, we were pleased to fine items on the menu that were not steak, We both had seafood entries and they were very good. We found the drinks quite expensive,"

  • "When Gaucho Grill first opened, I went with a bunch of girls from the office. The food was great, the service was great, the only problem was that we were rushed. We all decided never to return. My husband and I just celebrated our 10th Anniversary and had our first and second date at Gaucho Grill when it was PapaRazi's 13 years ago. I decided I wanted to go back for our special occasion. Glad I did! Of course the food was excellent, the service was impeccable and though the place was packed, we were treated like royalty! Now, the girls at the office are looking forward to trying it again. Sometimes everyone deserves a 2nd chance :)"

  • "Actually, we're thinking to get the Restaurant Week lunch menu but when we got there they're offering the dinner menu instead. However, for our surprise they're also offering the Brunch menu which was really nice and tasty. The only comment I have against this place is that is too dark, even though was a sunny day outside."

The eggplant appetizer was very tasty. M ain courses were flank steak and boullibase, both highly praised. Tres leches for dessert was also quite good. We will go back. The ambiance was modern, yet cosy."

  • "We set down and took 5 minutes before we got our menus. Then the waiter took a good 15 minutes before talking our order. Outed dishes then took another 40 minutes to come out. Keep in mind I went there for lunch. So I expected a quick turn around. I ordered a burger and my date for a panini. The food came out and i couldn't even eat it because I was already 30 minutes over my 1 hr lunch. Dessert was great. This is a good place to to go with a big crowd, you have a lot time to catch up before they serve you."

Service was attentive, except for 2nds on coffee, but I attribute that to the frenzy of restaurant week. Would definitely visit again as overall it was an excellent experience. Noise level was beyond energetic but there was a large party in an adjacent room, and they were just enjoying themselves. Wish I had paid attention to regular menu but special restaurant week menu was attractive enough. Desserts were awesome too."

  • "This was our 1st time at Gaucho Grill, after reading so many positive reviews, and we were pleased that it did not disappoint. The large room has a lovely ambiance with dark floors, dark leather chairs contrasting with white linens, enhanced with cowhide panels on the walls. We began by sharing a large crab cake appetizer and a strawberry/goat cheese salad- both delicious. I had red snapper stuffed with seafood (crab, shrimp and more) over grilled pineapple- wonderful and huge! My husband had seafood paella, again a large portion topped by a lobster. The lobster was a bit dry, but the overall dish was quite good, with an abundance of diced chorizo sausage in the rice. Too much to finish, much less have dessert. Excellent service."

  • "If we had stayed at the bar and not eaten it would have been a wonderful experience. The bartender was warm and friendly and recommended a great cocktail and outstanding Malbec. Our waiter, however, had no personality. The $41 steak we ordered was over cooked and dry. Fish was mediocre. We paid too much money for an average dining experience."

  • "I have been to Gaucho Grill quite a few times and I always enjoy it. The room is well decorated and looks fresh and fun. The service is exceptional, well trained, polite and really know how to give you attention without hanging around too much. The food is always excellent. There are often new items on the menu and what ever I try is always good. The food is cooked to perfection, we had scallops and they were perfect. And our steaks were also cooked exactly as we ordered. The dishes all have interesting sauces that are delish. I have brought many different people to Goucho Grill and they all agree, that this is a fanatistic restaurant. Worth trying !!"

  • "Three of us had dinner there. I had the Argentinian mixed grill, another guy had a steak special wih Shrimp on top and another had a strip I think. Everyone loved their meal. Definitely go back. VERY reasonable prices as well. Left stuffed after a Caesar salad and dinner."

  • "Had a discount coupon, but that was not the deciding factor.... But very disappointed with the experience. Picked it thinking that there would be an Argentinean slant to the menu. We were told that there would be steak and chicken on the menu. But no, instead a very bland offering of fish, stuffed french toast (ridiculously huge) and under cooked eggplant. An omelet station but the the server was clearly overwhelmed. Stood there thru several servings. cheese was added before omelets were flipped and they were burned and rubbery. Bloody mary was tasteless. Tho the restaurant was half empty, water glasses weren't refilled, and when we were done with a course, the used flatware was left on the table - a definite no no. Skip this one."
