The waitress mistook our pizza order but not only made it right but brought us a brand new pizza with the proper toppings even after we had eaten 3 slices. A sign of great management. Really glad we went, as they do incredible things with vegetables. In fact many dishes are not only vegetarian, also gluten free. What really made it though were the amazing flavors and presentations. The veggie charcuterie was fantastic, you would never miss having meats and/or cheeses here - 4 different vegetables, artfully presented. For our entree we shared the Yuba Parpadelle, which had an amazing bolognese sauc made from pumpkin seeds. Admittedly the Yuba pasta might not appeal to all, but the sauce made the dish.

The seating is also extremely uncomfortable. Our server was gracious, calm, informative. The food is quite good: definitely the best kale salad I have had anywhere, and I had a very interesting fish dish while my friends enjoyed the chicken. The hand dryer in the women's room (Xlerator brand) is loud enough to make one wonder if hearing loss could occur. (This is not unique to Gather but typical of Xlerator dryers.) There are other brands that are not as loud and could provide the same environmental benefit. With all the research on hearing loss from noise due to electronic devices etc., Gather could jump on this opportunity to minimize noise.
