The food was well prepared and served. The chef 'specials' were a treat. However this year the food was great to go along with the views and ambience. What a super job by the wait staff. We will for sure be going back next year. The staff was perfect - I was always served you from the proper side, plates all warmed or chilled properly, portions were perfect. Best Lamb & Salmon EVER! Spectacular view, snow cat ride was unforgettable! Pork Belly was the best!!!
I really, really enjoyed my meal here and hands down this will be the first restaurant I visit on my next trip. The ride to the restaurant was wonderful. Great views of the mountain... I recommend going at sunset if you can. Drinks at the bar were superb. Food was full of fun and interesting flavors and the service was commendable. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Could not have had a better evening. While we were disappointed that the snowfall prevented us from enjoying the spectacular view and sunset, we could not have been more pleased with our meal. We had the same waiter (Steven) as the year before, and he was great. The menu often changes. I had homemade tofu as my entree. First in the Gondola looking at the city lights below. Second in a snow cat to the restaurant. The food is too die for! The service is impeccable. It is a pre-fixe menu.
