Diner Reviews
  • "Last minute Valentine's Day dinner pick. The previous reviewers were right that the food is great, a real treat. Not typical oily Indian food, and well spiced. We both got Thali vegetarian (Palak Paneer and Vegetable Kolhapuri) and were pleased and sated. It's not a fancy restaurant but the staff were attentive and at the end they gave us a red heart balloon. We'll be back."

  • "Creative menu choices and great food, but everything was about a level or a level and a half spicier than what we were expecting, so keep this in mind when you order. Service was very attentive."

  • "There were 6 of us for dinner on Saturday night. We had no idea what to expect. The food was AMAZING, the service fast and friendly, and the wine was great too. Loved it...can't wait to go again!"

  • "Nothing beats southern coastal Indian IMO, and Gajalee delivers it spicy...and expensive. I think they've changed their thali, because I remember more than 4ish teensy tiny little dishes on my plate last time I was here...hmm.. We had the lamb and fish thali and no doubt, it was good (spicccyyy wooohoo!) but a little meager for two hungry women (And not American-sized human women, our BMIs are well within normal). I also seem to remember the dishes being a little lighter, rather than so oily (I know, I know, I shouldn't say that about someone's Indian dish, but it's true). And for the price, they could've thrown in more than one chapati. Ah well, I'll be back, but probably as often as if the prices were more reasonable."
