Gaby is an ideal spot for lunch. The 30-minute lunch is a 4-course French meal presented Japanese style (I had barley soup, smoked salmon, bass quinoa and mango panacotta). I also had a "lean" lunch of poached cod and rice. Both were excellent. Dinner menu has a relatively limited number of choices but each entrée is very good. The wine list likewise is limited but whoever made the selection has done a good job. The ambiance is elegant and noise level is low, allowing for a productive business lunch or a nice, relaxed dinner. My only complaint is that despite not being crowded, our waiter didn't check back with us and getting a refill on drinks took much longer than it should.
