Everything was delicious from the eggs benedict to the shrimp and crab cocktail with cognac sauce to the belgian waffles with homemade whipped cream. The live jazz added a great ambience and the servers were always nearby with more fresh squeezed orange juice or mimosas. The food was outstanding, as was the service. There was so much attention to detail with the food, and everything was better than we expected. They really made it a special occasion for us. The only drawback was the dining room itself. The lighting and the ambiance were not great. The waitstaff was outstanding - very attentive. Diver scallops on grits was so very good!!4/19/2013 12:00:00 AMFour Seasons excels on salad ...One of the best tuna nicoise salads I have ever had. The tuna was seared to perfection, and was an ample serving. Rather than bland boiled potatoes, they had perfect squares of potatoe that were sauteed. Green beans were fresh; kalamata olives; and red peppers. The greens were crisp and the dressing was light.
