"I had a wonderful experience at Fyve for Sunday brunch for the first time. As with any Ritz-Carlton, the service was top notch, as was the food. The menu is a bit odd, there is an extensive buffet and omlette station, all included. This food would be more then enough. But you are also supposed to choose an entree. That is a lot of food. We ended up just having the buffet.The restaurant is on the small side, which is fine, unless there are creaming children present (as there were), then it is difficult to get away from the noise."

"Bottom-line: If you want to bring your significant other somewhere really nice for a special occasion, this is the place. Take them for Sunday brunch buffet starting at 11:30am. This is hands down the best dining experience I have ever had in the DC area."

"Went here for their Champagne brunch on sunday ($55/per person). The food was good (not spectacular). Ambience in the back, red room was a bit stuffy, so if you go...ask to be seated in the open dining area (by the piano). There was a sushi station, salad bar, omelettes made-to-order. With the price of the brunch, you also get 1 entree (wide variety to choose from..we got the crab cake benedict and short ribs )."

"Went here for dinner with my wife at 6:00 on a Saturday. There was no one else eating in the restaurant yet but there were some people in the bar / lounge area. Service was very good; food was good but not outstanding. Probably would not go back since it's pretty expensive and there are a lot of other places in the area with better food for less money."

"Good place. Typical high end hotel food, but David was an excellent server. That was the highlight. Unfortunately they charge for parking even if you dine in, though the parking fee is half off- still would be nice to not charge for parking when people are dining at the restaurant."

"Terrific service during our endless champagne brunch -- all the favorite brunch selections plus an entree (too much food!) Mimosa glass was never left empty and staff was friendly and accommodating. Piano player and fireplace rounded out the ambiance. Great for brunch with my sister -- recommend for brunch with friends, parents, etc."
