The chefs are entertaining and the food is very good.
However, if it were just my husband and myself, we would opt for the much quieter dining room. The hibatchi rooms, although a lot of fun for a group or with kids, isn't really suitable (in my opinion) for a date night where you might want to have a bit of conversation. Much of it went right in my husband's face while the chef was cooking.
