Fujiyama Japanese Steak House & Bar - SilverdaleFun Night as Always!We have been to Fujiyama many times, but this is the first time my friend and I brought our two kids. Both 8 years old, they absolutely loved it! Our chef made them feel extra special by chatting with them and showing off their awesome skills. They loved the little fire show, and really loved all the food. I wasn't sure how my son would do with the food, since we didn't order a kids' meal, he shared teriyaki and fried rice with me. But he ate it right up, even ate all of his soup and salad. Great service, and our server was really quick when we told him we were trying to make an evening show. We have always been served steak, chicken, & seafood that was expertly cooked! Ribeye, scallops, calamari, teriyaki chicken, & salmon that simply melts in your mouth. Vegetables are never overcooked & the chicken fried rice is fabulous! Like appetizers? They have some great ones. The food was excellent, and we enjoyed the "show" the cooks put on. We had our 5-year-old daughter with us and she really enjoyed the experience. This is a great place for kids. The prices were a little more than we were expecting, but they let us share our dinners with our daughter, so it wasn't too bad, about $60 for two. We probably could have found dinner somewhere else for less, but with the great food and the atmosphere, it was well worth it.4/4/2013 12:00:00 AMThe dinner was fantastic.The dinner was fantastic. Our Chef Dash allowed my son to flip an egg over the grill and he caught it on the spatula's edge. My son is an aspiring chef and wants to pursue a job at Fujiyama now.
