This time we made reservations on the internet, the same day, and at a time (3:00) that we thought would not be crowded.We got right in and seated. Our chef wasn't as animated as the one behind us but that was OK as I don't care for too much of the show. The waiter was very kind and was able to answer all my questions. I have food alergies and our server, James, was beyond accomidating and respectful about the issue. I know it can be difficult. As for our Chef, I fell Glen was the most energetic and entertaining Chef in your establishment. He did a fabulous job and I appreciated his character very much. The service and food was wonderful. However, it would be nice to be offered some soothing wind down time with an after dinner coffee and desert menu. Your establishment does not offer much in that area.
