Fujimar restaurant & sushi loungeFujimar is a winnerMy son and I really enjoyed every part of the meal at a recent dinner in downtown DC. The menu was full of interesting choices. The nigiri sushi was terrific. The big-eye tuna melted in your mouth. The Mero main course was perfect, and the wrap-up with Chocolate and ginger souffle was a fitting touch on a perfect meal. We ordered few dishes to share, including the scallops ceviche, grilled calamari, crab and tempura shrimp hand rools, the grilled brussel sprouts and beef empanadas. Every single dish was simply outstanding, wow! But hands don to the ceviche, w could have ordered every single ceviche dish from the menu, it was just out of this world!
