Fuel RestaurantExcellent food, attentive serviceWe went to Fuel for our 30th anniversay dinner and mentioned it when making our reservations. All contacts congratulated us meaning they read & disseminated our special request. Menu offerings were varied along a French theme but not overly so. I had the pork tenderloin and it was far & away the best I'd ever had, cooked just so and stuffed with the right mix of vegetable and cheese. It was served with tender roasted baby red potatoes, also delicious. My husband had the house filet and said it was excellent as were the mashed potatoes served with it. The house pinot noir was very good, well balanced and my husband's margarita was strong enough with the proper amount of salt on the rim. I find it funny that out of all of the places I have dined around the world that the restaurant that would nab the #1 through #5 slots for best meal & dining experience would be Fuel a restaurant in my home town. Always the absolute top notch experience from service through desert. Thank you Fuel & Eric Agren for bringing this gem to my home town.

It seems the only days we both can go out is either Sunday or Monday and Fuel was always closed. Well we decided to drop everything on Tuesday and go for dinner. It was well worth the wait.

The waiter suggested the tuscan wine which paired nicely. Husband had filet mignon' which he said was terrific! Dessert was a must and it did not dissapoint. Guiness choc cake, WOW!!!! I ate the smoked seafood soup which was perfectly smoked! My fellow diners said the burgers were to die for and the chocolate desserts were both lovely.
