"The food was simply outstanding and the service was friendly and timely. Concern for our enjoyment was obvious without being intrusive. Live music added to the ambience. All in all a delightful evening. Would highly recommend to all who enjoy fine dining in a lovely setting."

"Cancelled our res @ Galisteo Bistro to dine at our hotel(Fuego). We were offered a table by the door, which my husband refused. The hostess was flexible and found us another one quickly. That and the incredible guitarist were the only positives of the evening. The 4 people waiting on us were uncaring and scattered. I ordered the bean soup with pork belly. I've never had a pork belly that was soggy and tasteless. Sad. Second course was a filet with truffled potatoes and mushrooms. Am I crazy? Who smothers a $38 entree with a mustard sauce. Good filet needs no gelatinous envelope. There was no truffle flavor to be had in the mash. We retreated to our room to order room service for dessert(from Fuego). After an hour, no delivery. What a waste."
