Conceptualized by Hatsumi Kuzuu of Kuzuu Design, the restaurant's design blossomed from merging barnyard and industrial architecture together to create a modern yet rustic feel.Continued

  • "The best I've had in the metroplex in years if ever. The food is very creative, wonderfully presented and tastes as good as it looks. What makes this so great is the combinations of great food, pleasant service and a cool casual atmosphere. It's great to get this level of food and creativity with out the stuffiness that so often surrounds it. A couple of very small snafu's in the service but it was completely overlooked as they were corrected right away. And, I enjoyed the open kitchen concept and would even enjoy sitting at the table facing the kitchen. Job very well done and well worth the money, if only once in a while."

They might also be able to squeeze a few more tables in so you could actually sit in someone else's lap. However, the food and staff were so good I decided to lighten up and enjoy it.   • "My fiance and I are always reading up on new restaurants to try out. FT33 was sooo delicious! Our server, Christopher, was very helpful and was probably one of the most well-timed servers we've had in awhile. Backservers were superb with refilling waters and setting new dishes/silverware. The food, OMG, was delicious! We shared the tartare, charred rapini, Windy Meadows chicken, and the dark chocolate cremeux. Everything was so delicious, well-balanced, and pushing an unknown barrier, but not the the extent of being placed too far out of one's comfort zone. If we lived in town, we'd be frequent diners."

  • "Took the wife to FT33 for an anniversary dinner and it was a big hit. I'd shied away before because the menu is so cliche in its description of bizarre ingredients that it's not always clear if there's meat involved in the entree or whether an appetizer is a salad or something else. Decided to be adventurous and order the sweet and sour sweetbreads and a rabbit "saddle." Both were extremely tender and tasty. For dessert, I had the $20 dollar milkshake, which is actually $10 and is more like a small after dinner drink than a milkshake. Tasted good, but was only a couple of sips. Otherwise, the food and service were first rate. A bit pricey: $200, plus tip for 3-courses and a total of 4 drinks."

  • "My husband and I were swooning not over each other even though it was our anniversary , but over every bite of our food! The flavoring is so subtle and so divine. He had sweetbreads for appetizer and skate for main course and I had rabbit. Truly exceptional. But what I truly loved was the pace of the service. We have been to so many nice, high-priced restaurants recently that rush the service and we won't go back. We love FT33! What the heck does that stand for anyway?"

  • "Visited after I proposed to my (now) fiancé. I had let the staff know in advance. They were awesome. Everyone that worked there wished us congratulations. They sent over complimentary champagne and delicious after-dinner drinks. The server was extremely knowledgable and gracious. The bartenders made awesome drinks. And the food was all very, very good. Perfect experience all around."

  • "Matt never fails to amaze us. Once again we were blown away by each dish served to us. The polenta with farm egg was delicious. The polenta perfectly cooked and creamy, once you had fresh farm eggs you will never go back. My trout with radishes was most memorable and I was so inspired I am going to do my best to recreate a similar dish at home. The bar makes fantastic cocktails so be sure to go a little early and enjoy!"

  • "I took my husband to FT33 to celebrate his 40th birthday. The food was good...not spectacular. Both of our dishes were heavy on the salt. Our $300 food bill was certainly not worth the dining experience - neither of us were 'wow'd' by the food or service. I would say the restaurant is not worth the heavy tag especially when there are so many other excellent restaurants to choose from in the area!"

Wine discussion was knowledgable and helpful - and spot on. We passed on dessert this time but have loved them in previous visits. The only complaint is that it's a hard seat to book - but that's to be expected for this small gem."

The combination, flavors, textures, energy, artistry, and dedication to the food is unbeatable. We've been a couple of times now and it gets better and better when I think it can't. Veal sweetbreads, lamb, rabbit saddle, passion fruit semifreddo... it's all amazing."

  • "I love the cocktails and mixologist attitude at this place. We asked for the bartender to surprise us with drinks, and we were not disappointed. I also love the congnac flight - fun! Atmosphere is perfect for this type of place too. The food was good, not great. The preparation was thoughtful and well executed, but the menu was a little bland. Maybe srping will bring a more lively menu."

My food was not cooked at all so I talk to the waiter, and the manager came up to me and explaind him, he was VERY VERY VERY nice manager. He offered me to get other choices. Man, I never see such a great manager. Very polite and noble! I wouldhighly recomend this place. They got very nice food. If your not a fun of row food, just tell them to cook it. Other than that, this place is very great. Btw, they got good desert!"

  • "The food was incredible. The creative mixture of flavors takes you on a journey that you don't want to end, even when you're so full you can't possibly eat anymore. The waitstaff was extremely attentive and offered information about each dish and answered any questions we had about the special ingredients. We went for our anniversary, and so did the couple next to us! I highly recommend the tasting menu. Everything was out of this world delicious."
