Located in the heart of trendy Hannibal Square in Winter Park, FL, fresh. offers a menu that is globally-inspired with seasonal dishes that are made only from the freshest ingredients, the majority of which are organic and sourced within 150 miles of the restaurant.

Inspired by their diverse backgrounds, Gina Bugayong, who is Filipino-Italian and her partner, Paulette Nassiff, who is Panamanian-Lebanese, have developed a menu that removes the cultural boundaries that restrict certain types of cuisines. The changing menu has one thing that is constant - limitless creativity!

Whether it's the seared scallop with lime-ginger beurre blanc or the grilled peach, prosciutto and mozzarella salad, you are certain to find something to surprise and delight the palate.

  • "A group of 5 friends, we went early on a Saturday evening. Service was wonderful, as it was when I went to Fresh for lunch. We ordered small plates and salads, which were all delicious. Before we got our ordered food we were surprised to get fried chick peas and a wonderful platter of pita bread and dips to share (hummus, tzatziki, baba ghanoush, and pico de gallo). A lovely touch. We would have eaten more but had a big dessert planned at my house after dinner. I will be back!"

  • "I love Fresh and have fined there a few times before. I made a reservation for Fathers Day brunch a week in advance but was still seated outside. I asked if we could have the open table inside and was told no. The waiter told me their booking system overbooks so there was no possible way for me to get the in door table I had requested. I love the food and the servers are great but I had requested that table and siting in 90 degree heat was not what I was expecting."

The most disappointing was we reserved a table and still got stuck in the corner next to a party of 4 where I'm sure 1/2 of the guests were deaf. The booth was also uncomfortable. The atmosphere ruined the experience. I would only go back if I could sit outside."

  • "My wife and I ate here for our anniversary. It is not pretentious but offers a great menu with local raised organic food. The grilled peach and mozz "salad" was absolutely amazing. I had a shrimp dish and it was very good but the star of the meal was my wife's pork loin chop. At least three inches thick, super moist and incredibly flavorful. The next time we go we will probably both order the pork!"

  • "Fresh was delicious; went for brunch and the coffee was a highlight. They were not very busy, and the service was attentive but uneven; offering to get refills of orange juice but forgetting for 20 minutes. If they were busier, it would probably be more of a problem."

  • "The service here is amazing- but this is not a place to bring your close-minded great grandmother for Sunday brunch and bubblies. The dining room is very small and intimate- this can be wonderful if surrounded by fascinating conversation. Unfortunately surrounded by hung over 20 somethings still in college (and business majors at that) does not usually lend to an environment of great conversation. The food is divinely curated, and the portion sizes are reasonable rather than grotesquely huge. Since I love tattooed artists, this place sat well with me, but I could see my grandmother clutching her purse in fear. The water is infused, the bacon is delightfully light and crunchy, and the chipotle benedict is wonderful. "

Many choices are on the menu which are vegetarian and vegan and the chef amazingly put together a vegan mushroom risotto! Outstanding! The servers also are friendly and knowledgeable. "

  • "Grilled peach with prosciutto "salad" was fantastic! Pork chop was enormous - cooked perfectly with a velvety texture. My only complaint would be that we ordered two appetizers for three people. One would have been more than enough. Portions were really generous. Love the creative menu. What we sampled was excellent. Great birthday dinner!"

Everything was delicious; good service; great location; cute atmosphere; all local/organic high quality foods :) Amongst our table we had the yucca fries, tofu scramble (with delicious herb potatoes and fruit salad on the side), Brie-L-T, and the carne (with an equally great vegetable side dish).   • "Had lunch and everything was amazing! Servers were attentive, friendly and helpful with menu. Started with refreshing cucumber and/or lavender infused waters. I ordered the Spinach salad and it was probably the best salad I've ever had! My sister, who is an Ahi Tuna critic, said it was the best tuna she's ever had, perfection! My daughter had black bean soup and the Pear Salad and loved them. The food and service were all great right down to the French press coffee and OMG you have to get the Yuca Fries! One order feeds the whole table! Even the restrooms were so clean that they smelled nice. Loved this place and will definitely return. Hint - Indoor seating is very limited - do make a reservation."

  • "We ate at Fresh for the first time for dinner on 3/26/2014. We enjoyed our friendly and informative waiter Meghan and the delightful array of interesting menu items. The grilled peach and mozzarella salad with mint was both unusual and quiet tasty ... and the tuna appetizer was deliscious ... both could've been meals as they were generous portions. The shirmp risotto was a bit heavy on the curry but the crunchy, nutty rice was a good balance. The pork chop was enormous, and the mashed caluiflower replaced the sweet potatoes offered since the chef wasn't pleased with the quality of the sweet potatoes. Good call - the cauliflower was yummy. Great service, delicious and inventive food, nice atmosphere. We will definitely be back."

  • "I had brunch with a friend at fresh last weekend. I easily made a res the day before and the table was held despite me being 5-10 min late. I ended up borrowing another tables menus since we weren't provided them initially. The food was good, though my sandwich came out with brie instead of the cheese listed on the menu. The table next to me had to flag down a waitress to order and then was unhappy with the chicken selection in the chicken with waffles (wings instead of legs or a mix). I would still recommend it but know you have to be active in tracking down the staff."

  • "It's definitely, fresh. I had the spinach salad with an add-on of fresh grilled fish. The salad included the perfect blend of blue cheese and pancetta and a light Italian-inspired dressing that did not overwhelm or drip from the spinach leaves. The fish was seasoned and cooked expertly. For an appetizer, I had the yucca fries, which were seasoned in a way that made them irresistible. Lastly, I enjoyed the table water which included infusions of cucumber and mint. Nice touch! I visited for a late lunch and was glad I did . The place was not very busy, but it is small and the decor appears sparse. However, fresh concentrates on what it does best: fresh, locally sourced dishes that delight your taste buds."

The pork chop and filet was so delicious and I had Brussels sprouts for the first time and left nothing on the plate. Highly recommend that you try Fresh and if you are on the fence .... Just go! You won't be disappointed."

  • "Presentation was excellent and the food was delicious. Coffee was excellent and the bacon was the best I've ever had in a restaurant. I had the Frittata which was cooked to perfection and my friend had the Creme Brulee French Toast which she said was absolutely the best french toast she's ever had. It's a very small restaurant with limited seating making it a perfect place to dine and have a conversation."

The noise level is very loud when there's more than 8 people in the room, but it is a very tiny establishment. I've had the same server several times...Unfortunately, I don't recall his name...tall fellow, but very knowledgeable about the menu, a friendly smiling face, and very accomodating."

  • "I think I made a bad decision choosing a pasta dish but for $21 I expected to see many, many more shrimp. The dish was described as spicy, which it was but was overpowering. My daughter and I shared this dish and we did not finish it. Restaurant was charming, service was good but with food issues we will probably not return."

  • "It's seems cheesy to say but all night we just kept saying over and over this is just so fresh! Everything was delicious. I felt like we were sitting in a friends home while they cooked for us. It was clear everything was really made in house and with fresh ingredients. The atmosphere was quiet and intimate. You could easily have a conversation and not have to shout across the table. The staff was all friendly and helpful but also gave us time and space to decide at our leisure. I will gladly return to fresh and will recommend it to others."

  • "This little restaurant is a great find! absolutely make reservations as there is probably a total of 6 tables of 4 available, but on a wednesday night it was a perfect evening! The menu was interesting and decision making was difficult. As the menu changes all the time, you know you are getting a fresh meal. All food comes from within 150 mile radius of the restaurant. I had the lamb ragu pasta and it was delish. Wine list was big enough to have choices but small enough not to be overwhelmed. The choice of cucumber mint or lavender water was a refreshing treat and the staff was great. We will be back for sure!!"
