We are proud to feature both traditional and A Nouveau Culinary styles in modernized presentations. We keep the Peruvian cuisine alive by keeping all traditional Peruvian ingredients and incorporating them into all our creations. Stop in and become a regular! Though the food is wonderful, I don't enjoy listening to others screaming to make themselves heard nor do I enjoy struggling to hear across the table for two."

  • "The ambiance was nice and we ordered first a beet salad that was just two beets. Ceviche was great, but salmon sauce was a bit bland. The best thing was the sweet plantains. All in all, it wasn't terrible, until the waitress seemed to push us out and even came over when I still was finishing my wine to say another party had arrived for our table and we had to leave. Service was not pleasant and we will not be going back."

My companion and I were seated at the very back of an empty restaurant (we had OpenTable reservations) and the service was pretty non-attentive. Our server was polite, but really didn't seem interested in providing us with a great experience. Also, without any explanation, we had a different server half way through the meal. I don't expect fantastic service every time I go to a fairly casual restaurant, but I do expect to feel like I'm welcomed and that, as a guest, I'm having a nice experience and I really didn't get that from my last trip here."

  • "I love that there are five ceviche dishes to choose from, we chose the sampler of three, and it was great! I would love to try them all. My entree, the sea bass, was mostly polenta with a small piece of fish, not bad, but just okay. Sangria seems to be a "go to" drink here, and we enjoyed a carafe. All in all, a little pricey for what we ordered."

For dinner, I had the Paella Valenciana and my girlfriend had the tenderloin strips. I will keep this short and simple. The food was absolutely amazing. Both of us left stuffed and literally saying, "This is quite possibly the best meal we have ever had together". The restaurant was alive with the constant buzz of the other patrons. The only complaint I could muster, is that the seating was extremely close. Every time someone passed behind me, my chair was kicked. Although annoying, the taste of the food quickly surpassed the occasional kick. We highly recommend this restaurant and will be back. Thank you for an amazing meal!"

One friend ordered a cerviche that the waiter recommended and it was smothered in soy sauce. My husband had the chicken and he felt it was dry and not good. I was satisfied with my meal, however. I had a simple, traditional fish cerviche which was good and then had sea bass on spinach all over a rice cake. The fish was done perfectly-not overcooked and I have no complaints, but our guests were not as satisfied as I was. In addition, the restaurant is far too noisy."

Upon calling they were friendly and were happy to accommodate our party. The food was absolutely fantastic! Everyone enjoyed their meals and we all ordered different entres. Absolutely recommend starting with one of the ceviches! We asked for recommendations for the most "authentic" Peruvian meals, and we were not disappointed. Would definitely recommend Fresca!"

We had reservations and watched/waited as a "walk-in" couple got a nice table along an interior wall and we were seated at a cramped table next to the door. The next disappointment came with the wine list. If we understood correctly, there were only 2 whites and 3 reds available Saturday night. We were told all the other choices were "out." Food came out quickly and beautifully presented, but we had to flag down the wait staff for refills of water."

The staff seem to truly care about your experience and put in the extra effort to make you feel welcome. The atmosphere is slightly different during lunch and dinner. Lunch is classy and professional, where dinner has a more romantic feel to it. However, both are perfect for their specific meal time. They are popular for dinner, so make sure to make reservations. You won't want to miss an opportunity to enjoy a meal here!"
