Came here because of a "$25 off meals $50 or more" coupon in the mail. With the coupon that meal came to close to $38 for two people after tax and tip (1 appetizer, 2 entrees). Good deal.
I ordered the butternut squash ravioli - great flavour and enjoyed it a lot, loved the maple flavoured walnuts that came on it. Ambiance wise, the noise level was high, seems like there were a lot of families with kids.

We were seated in the bar area because it was such a busy night, but enjoyed the atmosphere there. The playoff hockey game was on the tv and we were entertained by that. The food was better than expected. The menu was very good - lots to choose from and met everyones tastes. The service was excellent even on such a busy night. Our server was very lovely and charming. The food was good and the flavor was evident, but the portions were odd depending on what type of dish you ordered.
Pizza is a fair size, and the pasta is a pretty good size too. However, I felt that the entree portions were too small to justify the price.
Oh, and the bread is amazing. No kidding.
For dessert, I tried the cannoli. Not impressive. They had a citrus taste that didn't belong, they were brittle and just wasn't satisfying. That said, they were fairly priced.5/7/2013 12:00:00 AM
