Like our 13 provinces and territories, Italy has 20 wonderful regions, each one more adamant than the other that they have the best food in the country. Our menu at Fraticelli's is to serve you the best of the best from these wonderful regions. Our steaks are cooked over a high heat wood-fire grill made famous in Tuscany. Our pastas are fresh and our sauces are homemade ranging from the classic northern dish Pappardelle Bolognese to the southern Sicilian style seafood pasta, Spaghetti Pescatore. The pizzas are served Napoletana; style, thin crust and stone baked at 750 degrees. All made with the freshest ingredients available, authenticated with imported Italian plum tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, and the best grated cheeses.Continued

The waiter(s) Interupted our conversations more than 2 dozen times - ie do you want this - can I get you that. Surely they could have waited for a pause in the conversation before talking. We were going to tell the manager but decided not to. Most disappointing. The food by the way - was only OK."

  • "The food was nothing special especially for the price. Lobster pasta was awful and tasteless. Food desperately needed salt and seasoning. Chicken parm was dry. Bruschetta was over powering with garlic. The food has gone downhill big time. I will never go back nor recommend it to anyone. Such as shame as the staff was great and it's a cute place."

The server was very knowledgeable and made great suggestions based on all of us being vegetarian, she also recommended some great virgin cocktails. Food was very fresh and came out piping hot, portions are big so keep that in mind we probably could've shared the pasta or pizza. Overall, great first experience we will be back!"

  • "We are a family of five adults that had dinner at Fraticelli's. We came early for our reservations; but, were promptly seated. Although the server was very attendant, the order took almost one hour to finally arrive. Also, a few dishes were forgotten and the server had to be reminded. The dishes were good and the portions generous. However, the butternut squash ravioli were excessively sweet (too many pralines! Why pralines?). The ambience was very nice and the surroundings clean and contemporary. Although the restaurant is going through some growing pains, it is well worth a visit."

  • "We have been visiting Fraticelli's for quite some time now as a lunch spot on Friday's and the service and food has been exceptional. Ken is amazing and we keep asking for him now because of his great personality, attention to detail and remembers what you order. You sometimes don't even have to think except of course when we want to throw him a loop and order something totally different. He's a fantastic member of the team and I hope they show that to him!"

  • "Not your tipical eatery. Had the Italian Wedding Soup to start. Small portion for the price and over salted. Mains were a decent size. Had the veal parm and was served with pasta but no veggie on the side (maybe there was one that could be purchased but weren't asked). Nothing was outstanding."

  • "Was here for 2 special occasions - to celebrate my wedding anniversary & an early Father's Day. Our server was very attentive in giving us refills on our soft drinks. My son loved the crayons & the kids' menu. Reasonably priced. $6 for a pepperoni pizza and an apple juice. I had seafood risotto, a special feature on the menu. It was alright. The seafood was fresh; however, I didn't think the tomato base went well with the risotto. Hubby had striploin, medium rare. He said he's had better. We were in & out in less than an hour, which was great so it didn't interfere with my son's bedtime."

  • "Had we known there would be a party of 40 there for a First communion party, we would not have chosen to book my mother-in-law's 71st birthday dinner there, however they chose not to inform us and we had to wait close to an hour for our food. The waiter was super apologetic and so was the manager, yet they didn't comp us anything but the dessert that we didn't even order for the birthday girl. We enjoyed the food once it arrived, but felt that we should have been informed of the very large party that they weren't equipped to handle at the same time as regular guests. "

The caesar salad had no flavour, kind of watery but the rest of the meal was ok. The server was kind, polite and went out of her way to provide very good service. "

  • "We were looking for a good Italian restaurant as we've been disappointed with restaurants in our neighborhood. We've now been to Fraticelli's twice and both times the food was very good and the hostess and servers very friendly and attentive. If we had any complaints it would be that the noise level with small children was annoying and distracting. We would try going later in the evening to hopefully avoid that, or ask for a table away from small children. Also, the size of the restaurant makes sounds echo so it can be a little hard to hear conversation. Overall, great experience and would definitely return."

We were there for hours, weren't rushed at all and our waiter, Clint, was exceptional! I would highly recommend this restaurant if you're looking for somewhere to have a lovely, chatty meal. Though it looked like they could do things quickly if you wanted too - I noticed some people were in and out."

  • "When we first got there, hostesses were nice and kindly showed us to our seat. Our waiter on the other hand was kind but wasn't too good at the job. While other tables received bread and continues service, my significant other and I barely saw our waiter and ended up never getting bread. Main courses arrive and we were not greeted by our own waiter until we were nearly done our meals. At the end when we were just chatting, the waiter without being told to, hands us the dessert menu, takes our plates and says, "Here's the dessert menu, I'll be back in a few. If there is nothing else you would want by then I will grab you your bill." Overall mediocre food and mediocre service. Will not visit again."

  • "Fraticelli's is exactly what you would hope for an upscale Italian restaurant. Went to Fraticelli's for my anniversary, which was noted on the reservation. The hostess both wish us a happy anniversary when we entered and had us seated right away. Our server, Meghan, was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The good was delicious. Definitely try the cheesecake of tartufo if you have room for dessert. We had a great experience for our anniversary. Will go again."

  • "Reasonably priced, tasty, ambient. Roasted Red Beet Salad: I can make a better one but ingredients were fresh. A shortage of goat cheese, and adding $2 pancetta bacon gets you three circles of bacon - NOT worth it. Roasted Mushroom Risotto: Very tasty, but feels like it's missing something. Be sure to add some extra grated parm when asked, otherwise it's slightly bland. Penne Arrabbiata: Good for non-spicy eaters who want just a tiny kick of spice. Brussels Sprouts: Added for $5. They're straight boiled with onions added. Not buttery and salty. Not a bad get if you like them because they come with quite a few, enough for 2 people to share, but not very much taste other than the vegetable itself. Soho Mojito: Yum. Get it."

  • "Atmosphere is perfect for couples, but just lucky we got a booth, otherwise it might be different. Food was great and their pizzas are truly authentic Italy, it is almost the exact same thing I had in Milan. Server Michael was very friendly and willing to help on the menus. The only negative was the mussels on my seafood pasta still had thelat fishy smell. I believe it was a result that they were boiled in hot water for a bit to prevent overcooked but if one hates the ocean smell, then they would refuse it."

  • "I usually go to Fraticelli's for lunch on Fridays and always have great service and food. Never a complaint. But on valentines night first time for dinner I was disappointed. Both our meals were cold. We had the sirloin steaks. Service nothing great we git a glass of wine and never asked if we wanted a refill after that. Dessert was delicious...Highly recommend the Vanilla raspberry gelato with white chocolate. Over all I will go back as I know its usually good. Can't blame it being busy as there were lots of empty tables. Ambience is very nice and beautiful decor. Was also surprised they did not offer a valentine theme type menu."

Fraticelli's was know for it's delicious pastas this time it was just dry. And my favourite drink the red wine sangaria was just watered down."

  • "We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. We had theatre tickets, so the wait staff met our timeline without making us feel rushed. We had a training waiter who was very personable and professional. The trainer was also wonderful and made minor corrections where needed without embarrassment to the trainee. The atmosphere was lovely and the food was fabulous. We all would definitely go back again."
