After waiting over an hour and giving up at the first place we attempted to have dinner at, I went on my Open Table app and found Fratelli's Italian Bistro, I had driven by many times and it always seemed busy and thought "Italian is always good!" We were seated right away, the service was quick and friendly, the food was delicious and the prices were super reasonable for the location. I would definitely go back and recommend it to others! The menu has a good range of selections and some specials. We will definitely be back. The food is outstnding (always) and the server we had was pleasant, extremely knowledgable, and totally on top of everything. She suggested drinks to match the entrees we ordered as well as suggested which sauce to get for one of the entrees. It's nice to be waited on by someone who genuinely seems to enjoy her job and knows what she is doing. She also was serving double duty as the bartender. The filet was prepared perfectly. I often find myself sending back steak for being over or under-cooked. This medium rare was perfectly prepared, flavors were not overwhelmed, but complimented with light seasoning and crab imperial topping. Started off with Calamari which was good and the Bruschetta which was absolutely amazing! We both received a nice side salad in between courses though I think it would have been good to have had the option to have the salad with the appetizers. My girlfriend had the chilli chicken pasta which she really enjoyed, though luckily she enjoys al dente. I had the salmon with mango salsa. Though the accompanying veg did not come in great quantity (no bother due to our appetizers and salad), the salmon was delicious and the mango was a great addition.
The final total was $60 which we thought was excellent for the quality of food and vibrant yet personal setting. Both sandwich and fries were tasty and arrived hot. For an appetizer had the fried calamari for $11.50. Although the calamari also arrived hot, unfortunately it was a bit too chewy.
