The prime rib on the combo meal was like 2-3 ounces well short of the 6 ounces stated on the menu. Its street parking with a small lot in the back. but there is ample street parking within a city block or two. We reserved for 5 and a request for the round table, instead we got a 4 person table with a chair at the end. We went to this restaurant on the Saturday evening prior to Mother's Day and although it was absolutely hectic, our waitress was very attentive to our needs. The sizzling steak was delicious, done just right. They had run out of calamari so our two seafood appetizer options were off the menu. One thing I have noticed with Frank's is that the bread crust for the bread/butter they bring to the table is very dry and leaves a mess all over the table when attempting to cut it.
