The Santoro Family has been in the food service industry since 1988 through Frankie’s Beef & Pasta in Oak Lawn and Frankie’s Catering and are now excited to introduce Frankie’s Ristorante. From our robust Tuscan style Pork Chops to our homemade ricotta dumplings in a divine light tomato basil sauce to our decadent imported Italian desserts, we strive for perfection in our kitchen and have raised the bar high for our service standards. Our customers are guests in the Santoro Family’s home and our purpose is not only to make them feel wined and dined but also pampered. Our chef - born, raised and schooled in his homeland of Italy and with experience in some of the most renowned fine dining establishments in the US and Europe, has found his passion in life in cooking and has brought this passion to each one of his dishes. He maintains a consistent authenticity which has won us rave reviews in the local news media as well as a following among our guests.Continued

  • "We had a reservation and were seated immediately. Our server was very knowledgeable and timed things well! We were dining with another couple so we were able to visit. Our fist course came out promptly. My husband had the soup of the day while I started with a salad. Both were delicious. Each of us tried one of the specials and they were outstanding. I had the risotto with arugula, my husband had the gnocchi with the lamb, one of our friends had the seafood special and one had the pork tenderloin.Frankie came around with the Lemocello and treated us like family. My husband and I split a creme brulee with fresh blueberries while our friends each had the tiramisu for dessert. We will be back for two for one pasta on a Wednesday."

  • "The soup of the day, the appetizer, the entree, and the dessert were above expectation. The server that we had made our experience a complete disaster. From the time we ordered until we received our entrees was 55 minutes. If we were there with a group I would expect a slightly longer wait, but we weren't. There were other couples that came in after us that were served before us and left before us. By the time we left dinner had taken two hours. It took the hostess to bring us a dessert menu and another server who saw us just sitting there to bring boxes for our left-overs. Our server was more interested in his tables that had more people (expecting a bigger tip) or just chatting with the bartender."

The service is unbelievable and you will find yourself taking chef recommendations more often than ordering off of their impressive menu... tough choices! Everyone was incredibly friendly and I just cannot say enough about the food!! Wine selection was also incredible."

  • "This was our second time dining at Frankie's. On both occasions we were nicely surprised. The SW suburbs are less than stellar when it comes to places that serve quality meals. Frankie's rises above the rest with a style that keeps diners coming back. The service both times was excellant. It was crowded ans somewhat noisily. That would not keep us from going back. Better noisy than quite and deserted. If you are looking for a fun atmosphere, professional service and tasteful well prepared Italian cuisine, I would strongly recommend Franki's in Tinley Park."

  • "My husband and I made an 8pm reservatiom through open table and got there promptly. The hostess said they were "behind". We then had to stand for 20 minutes crammed in like a herd with other guestsas they have a very little waiting area. We finally were able to get a table (again basically on top of 3 other couples who were looking around for their food, waitress). After waiting an additional 10-15 minutes of no one coming around, we decided we had enough and left. We did not have one person offer us a drink or bread. We will not attempt to dine there again."

  • "I wanted to take my fiance out to a nice restaurant after we finished registering for wedding gifts in Orland Park, so I used "Yelp" to search the surrounding area for highly rated restaurants (Frankie's Ristorante rightfully received 4.5 stars). Frankie's served some of the best food I have ever tasted, and it was all provided in a very nice atmosphere. The best part was...the menu was at Olive Garden prices! This is one of the rare places that I will go out of my way in the future to visit for dinner."

  • "I had the special of the day and was very disappointed. While the risotto was great, the scallops tasted very fishy, which is not how fresh fist should taste. The owner said they were flown in fresh that day. Well, they need a new supplier of fish. They were inedible. And my partner's spaghetti was full of cheese, which he didn't like. He never even puts cheese on top of spaghetti. We won't go back. I was there previously and liked it very much. The service was outstanding."

We have never been disappointed when dining at Frankie's. Frankie is always busy working but never too busy to stop at the tables to chat with the customers. Jasmine is our favorite server and does an excellent job. We dine at Frankie's as often as possible."

A very busy night as expected reservations were for 8 arrived at 7:30 found a seat at the bar for a few drinks before dinner. Even being super busy did not wait long for drinks. Hostess located us in the bar at 8 and sat us right away. Server very knowledgable with menu and history of restaurant very impressive. Good was plenty for both entrees would return."

My co-workers & I came here on a Wednesday night (which we found out was 2 for 1 pasta) & were awed! The place is beautiful & our server was great! We were greeted by the owner himself when we walked in. I had the gnocchi which were soft & melted in your mouth. My friends had frutti di mare & the lobster ravioli, both were outstanding. Our server brought us their homemade limoncello & it was really good! We will be back soon! Thank you Frankie!"

  • "I had an amazing dinner this evening at Frankie's! I sat down, ordered a glass of Red Wine, received the menu and went through what I was considering. I was definitely having the mussels! Frankie gave me the specials and I settled for the mussels and Sea Bass. Both were exceptional! The mussels were fantastic I had to order more bread as not to waste the sauce! Outstanding! the Sea Bass also was superb! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional service and outstanding food! Oh! and the wine was great as well! I look forward to my next visit to the area!"
