Even the bread thy serve at the beginning! Delicious. The view spectacular you can see all o Vancouver. It's like climbing grouse mountain in your heels! Service was impeccable from the host greeting us as we entered to a genuine and energetic waiter :) highly recommend this place! keep in min we eat out a lot! This place blew me away quite refreshing after the last few places we went to! The incredible view was even better than the first time - with the whole of Vancouver and Burnaby spread out below us.
Service was friendly, personable and very efficient. Wine and water glasses were refilled at exactly the right moments, the food came at the appropriate intervals and the two-plus hour dinner literally flew by. While the menu is not extensive it provides something for everyone's palate, with a variety of proteins for the main courses, accompanied with very tasty and inventive garnishes, and complemented with a wide array of appetizers.

First, the octopus starter was divine. Of our 4 dishes, it was our favourite. Next my husband ordered the foie gras tete de cochon starter. Like the octopus, the foie was to-die-for. My sablefish entrée was totally delicious but did not have the bold flavours of our starters. The sablefish itself melted like butter in the mouth. For dessert, the warm lemon madelines with orange cream are so light and perfect, they will just send you to heaven. The only part of meal that was close to mediocre was the "C-monster margarita". For the quality you get, this meal was extremely high-value. The food is a perfect complement to the environment. Spot prawns are in season & they did not disappoint! They were served upon lobster ravioli & divine caviar with arugula for garnish. This is not the place if you wished to feel "stuffed" after dinner, but rather just appreciate the delicate tastes. The appetizer oysters were also a fine delicacy. The servers were attentive & friendly, but I wish there was someone (host?) at the door so we could have said goodbye & thank them for the delicious dinner. It wasn't a sunny day but ithe city was still a sight to behold. We had the usual brunch items and everything was prepared and served beautifully.
