"We enjoy eating at Foxnut when we ski at Beavwr Creek. We always start our trip with a bowl of the Udon soup for lunch when we arrive. We enjoy eating outside. During the week we go for sushi ...which is always so fresh and excellent. We also enjoy the squid salad, many of the special rolls and and ."

"Service was overwhelmed and stretched too thin. We waited and waited. Food was marginal. I complained about something that I couldn't eat and the attitude was "this is how we do it". Not a good experience."

"Would not recommend. I've eaten sushi all over the world and have never experienced sushi this bad. My husband & didn't even finish the 3 rolls we ordered and sadly left with a $100 bill.

The place has potential to be a fun atmosphere but we were only 1 of about 5 tables in there so it was super quiet."

"I know there were rave reviews but we felt these must be from people who do not have good sushi places where they are from. Foxnuts was good but not the best sushi I have had. With that said, I have no complaints."

"The Quality of the Sushi was very good, the rice was not good. The ambiance is good for a quick bite at lunch or dinner. We were there for dinner and the cooked food was very tasty. The presentation of the Sushi and the food was very nice. The Sushi served in the Martini glasses was delicious."

"Foxnut is an excellent and convenient stop for lunch during a ski day. Also a very nice, affordable (for Beaver Creek) dinner alternative to the higher end options in the village. Same people who own and operate Beaver Creek Chophouse, Flying Pig Sandwiches and Blue Moose Pizza."

"We had a reservation but we had to wait 10 minutes for a table but there is no waiting area. Food was OK. My wife ordered soup but never received it.
Our waiter didn't notice so I had to point it out."
