Had a lovely dinner on a Tuesday night with great service. The prime rib was cooked perfectly, au gratin potatoes were excellent, and the vegetables were steamed to the perfect level (not overcooked). The salad was very fresh and crisp, and the rolls are perfect complements to the meal. And the price was quite reasonable for a lovely meal in a lovely setting.

    Dined on 12/31/2012
A little pricie for the food that we orderd, not happy with the side dishes. But, the fish was good. For the price it should have been soup and a salad (both). Since it was New Years it should have included a complementary glass of champagne. That would have made is seem more like a New Years Eve Dinner. Not sure if I will come back next year for New Year.

Average food in a stuffing setting. Food was fine. Service was acceptable but overall slow for lunch and one of three orders was wrong. Staff was friendly and apologetic. Located in a typical Orange Co shopping ctr next to the freeway. Overall not worth the trip.

Stayed at nearby hotel and saw the flames shooting out of the front of this restaurant. It is no gimmick and the Food and Service are top notch. I highly recommend the prefix menu(3 courses). I had the seafood risotto and it was outstanding. Will surely return when I am back in the area.

Service and food were fabulous, very unfortunate that the night we were there, there was a very rude man in the dining alone, on the phone all night with the filthiest mouth I ever heard. It was not until an older gentlemen finally got up and told him it was enough. It was a shame he was not quieted earlier or asked to remove himself from the restaurant

There for a business dinner and started out very nice. Quiet and definately romantic atmosphere except on club nights (Thurs, Fri, Sat). Even though restaurant was almost empty they gave us a table next to wall. While having business disucussion the band on other side of wall started playing making it hard to talk. Read you customer. My Occo Bucco was bland and chewy, 2 steaks ordered medium rare - 1 was medium and 1 was overcooked.

  • Food was good and I loved
    OpenTable Diner Since 2010
    Dined on 7/31/2012
Food was good and I loved the atmosphere: private, high-backed booths with great decor made for lovely intimacy! However, as a sommelier, I was disturbed to find a restaurant of today that provided me with a wine list that only had wines by the bottle and none by the glass. When I asked the waiter, he began to offer me their house wines, as if to offer the days of old house 'Chablis' or 'Burgundy,' which NEVER were, but in fact were American wines of low quality (not to be confused with today's American wines), but I digress! When I asked for a "list of wines by the glass," the waiter simply told me that they did not have one! Are you kidding me! With Argon gas sealed storage and half bottles available, get with the times...dinner ruined!

Unfortunately we did not send it back nor ate it and called management couple days later to let them know that 4 out of the 7 meals were bad and they more or less said they can't do anything about it.

  • Good time
    OpenTable Diner Since 2012
    Dined on 7/20/2012
Six of us went to the restaurant on Fri. 4 of us had one of their $20 special dinners with a couple bottles of wine. Everyone liked the food, nice portions. There were 6 of us so they put us in a separate room which allowed us all to talk and not feel like we were disturbing anyone else. Went to the bar afterward, everyone had a good time dancing and taking in the scenery. All types of people there. Old young, good mix of nationalities. Friendly crowd, we will go back. If I had any complaint it would be that I had to put $100 down to reserve a table in the lounge for the six of us. The $100 goes towards the bar tab. Well after two bottles of wine at dinner we did not consume an additional $100 in the bar. But I was still forced to pay $100

This is about my fourth time eating at the Foxfire Restaurant, and I've never been disappointed; the food has been excellent over the past 10 years I've gone there, and their prices remain very reasonable. The nightclub is always busy and vibrant, and safe; the bouncers always remain very deligent, and never allow people to get out of hand...highly recommended.

Exceptional food for the neibourhood of Anaheim - A hidden Gem. A liite pricey compare to some other restaurants and the wine a little over priced but great atmosphere - the outside of the building does not represent that quality of the food. Only one complaint, I was disappointed in the accepted standard of dress - dress code of patrons in the restaurant, compared to the standard of tux and white jackets set by the waiters and bus boys, and the whole decore and atmosphere was lost by:- Patrons dressed in shorts and sandels ???
