Our group of 5 ordered many and varied things, all of which were delicious. Service was outstanding and we lingered at our table, being the last to leave, without feeling like we should vacate the table.

The menu was varied and interesting and the dishes were amazingly beautiful manner and delicious. What set this apart for us was the attitude of the staff. They appear and behave as if they care to make your visit perfect. Even the bus staff hovered out of line of sight and the swooped in to offer to fill the wine glass, provide more bread, or clear a plate. At the Fountain it was done deftly and gracefully. It was my wife's birthday and she got quiet, but sincere birthday wishes by name from several of the staff. The entire experience was unforgettable. I ordered one of the smallest desserts, which our waitress described as two bites. The menu described it as a chocolate s'more.
It was outstanding. Although I was thoroughly stuffed, I could have definitely eaten another couple of bites.
The dining room is elegant and I loved the flowers and vases on display in the restaurant and elsewhere in the hotel.

It did not disappoint. The service was attentive and helpful, the food was delicious and filling, and the atmosphere was romantic and luxurious. As a final treat, we were given complimentary chocolates and a box of truffles upon leaving. As one might expect, the meal was fairly expensive, and I ended up spending $200 after tax and tip for the two of us, although you could certainly eat for $60-70 per person if you don't want to break the bank. The Squab was delicious and I would have thoroughly enjoyed a larger serving. I have been out of the area for the past 3 years and almost forgot what true elegant dining was all about until Saturday night.
