    This place specializes in locally sourced product, and has some game on the menu, such as quail, bison, and elk. I'd say everything was prepared nicely. I had a bison filet, and it was cooked correctly, and had a decent sauce. The grilled asparagus had a nice char and was seasoned well. It's definitely not haute cuisine, but it is good, and worth a try. I would go again for sure....More
