"Sunday brunch (on Easter) was excellent with almost unlimited selections. Serving stations are in different areas of the room so none seemed crowded. The food was marvelous. The restaurant is as elegantly appointed as the rest of the Hyatt Hotel."

"My fiancé and I went there for a date night. I had the short ribs with mashed potatoes and asparagus. The ribs were tender but over salted, as was the potatoes. And the asparagus was very under cooked with onions. All in all just an un-pallet pleasing dish. My fiancé had the sea scallops, and gave me one to try. I have never had a scallop that had been so over cooked. I am the first to admit it is hard to cook scallops perfectly, but this was like the cook just left them in the pan. They were opaque all the way through and tough. So disappointed."

"We received great food and service at Forque. The dining area was very clean and fairly quiet. The savory Ceasar salad was excellent and was topped with white anchovies. The braised short ribs were "forque" tender and absolutely delicious! The apple cobbler was the best I've had in a long time. Allow a little extra time for it to bake but it is well worth the wait. It was cooked perfectly with a beautifully caramelized crust."

"Enjoyed several meals (2 lunches and 2 dinners) here while at this hotel for a convention--and were THRILLED that the menu included several VEGAN options, including the most delicious vegan brownies with soy ice cream! Service was great--and the food was excellent. Servers and kitchen staff truly understand what "vegan" means and make efforts to adjust non-vegan items on the menu (deleting cheese and cream from the pasta dish). We'd return if we lived in Albuquerque."

"I went to Forque expecting much more from the reviews I read online. Instead I was somewhat disappointed. The restaurant was not busy but all the patrons were bunched up into one corner of the room. The service was slow but our waiter was very nice. The food was good but they were out of many of the items on the dinner and dessert menus so we were forced to alter our choices a couple of times. Perhaps they were having an off day but overall I was not impressed."

"Went on Valentine's day, Special menu was OK. Food and Service was nearly middle of the road. The food was generic in taste, the dessert was really the only thing to go back for. For the expense you can easily find better within walking distance."
