El restaurante Fork, reconocido por su cocina estadounidense contemporánea desde hace más de 15 años, cuenta con el menú del chef Eli Kulp, consagrado en 2014 como el mejor nuevo chef por Food & Wine, inspirado en los mejores productos, mariscos y carnes de la región, así como en la rica historia de la zona. Parte del atractivo del restaurante Fork es su moderno, elegante y sofisticado interior, en donde se vive una experiencia culinaria relajada y acogedora. En el Fork, las pantallas de los candelabros pintadas a mano llaman la atención al mirar por encima del bar de hormigón. Modernos murales contemporáneos pintados por Anthony Demelas acentúan la altura de los techos. Food was excellent. Very tasty and beautifully prepared. Service also excellent, professional and courteous. Ambience is modern, nicely appointed, and casually elegant. Good .value for the money given the high level of execution that Fork delivers. Only two negatives. Can be fairly loud inside when full making conversation a bit strained. Ordered bread for table and received three pieces of focaccia for 9 dollars. Fork can surely do better than that.

It was a magical evening! The food & service were both exceptional. Our server, Natalie, was a superb guide & helped to us select foods & wine to make a special experience. I will look forward to returning for other special occasions!

We celebrated Father's Day with our 2 year old and had an AMAZING TIME! We were trying to figure out how we have not been here any sooner. We loved our server and planned our next date night in July to return :) The table was ready with the highchair when we arrived and we felt very comfortable with our toddler which can be an interesting experience. Our server interacted with our toddler which made us feel that more welcomed. Will definitely be adding Fork to our rotation of restaurants we frequent as Philly residents.
