"The Forest Grill was a wonderful dining experience. My filet was cooked to perfection and I am VERY picky about my steaks. The mashed potatoes were outstanding, but so were all the other sides we tried. The French Onion soup was perfect--the carmelized onions were so sweet. We had a wonderful time at the Forest Grill. The service and hospitality were so friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back!"

"We were attending a show that evening in the showroom and have an early dinner. Have dined there before but this time we were seated in a room adjacent to the host podium with a full view of all entry and all entering a full view of our dining table. The wait staff also had to clear and remove a table next to us to fix a loose leg, moving back and forth, thus the low rating on ambiance. It is usually a less hectic environment. That said the food and service were excellent with the courses delivered appropiately so as not to rush but also to insure adequate time to get to the showroom"

"MY HUSBAND AND I WERE VERY EXCITED TO GO TO THE FOREST GRILL AND WE WERE DRESSED APPROPRIATELY. UNFORTUNATELY THE DRESS CODE MUST HAVE BEEN MISSED BY OTHER PATRONS. WE WERE PUT IN THE FRONT OF THE RESTAURANT AND THE SERVICE WAS NOT IMPRESSIVE. OUR WAITER FELT THE NEED TO EXPLAIN EVERY DETAIL OF MY MEAL. I WAS A LITTLE INSULTED AS I DID NOT ASK AND HAVE A STRONG BACKGROUND IN FINE DINING."

"this was not my first time at Forest Grill so I was very disappointed in the quality of the main entree. The soup taster and the appetizers were good but the prime rib was not tender. Had this been my first time there I would have rated it as a poor to fair but knowing that I have had other very good dinners there I rated them good. Stick to the steaks rather than the prime rib."

"3/3/12 Dinner. Reservations on-line went well. Table ready when we arrived. NY ice wine was good. Mushroom and Escargot appetizer had no flavor and butter garlic sauce seemed more like water. My Fillet was excellent. Wife had Prime Rib ordered med. It arrived and was very rare and at least half of the cut was fat. Wasn't aware that we could have bordalais sauce with meal until we heard waitress asking another table if they would like sauce at this point our meal was almost over. Asparigus with holandais was equally poor, with no flavor and very watery. Stuffed baked potato was good."
