The Forebay at Hershey Lodgeour waiterOur waiter, Yuhanna, was one of the best we've ever had. He was attentive, without being too much. He knew the menu well and when we had questions, he either knew or found out. I had the lamb chops and I asked for mint jelly, which he found the Forebay does not possess. Our dinners were excellent and we enjoyed ourselves immensely.5/22/2013 12:00:00 AMAwesome dining experienceWent with my teenagers for a Mother's Day celebration. We all 3 loved our meals. It was the best filet mignonette I have had in a long time. Cooked to perfection and flavorful I ate every bite. Also enjoyed the gold Yukon potatoes. They were amazing. The warm soft pretzels they provide while waiting for the meal is a very nice surprise. I didn't think I would like the chocolate balsamic dressing for my salad but I actually loved it. We all shared our meals with each other because it was all so good. I highly recommend the creme brûlée service was excellent. Restaurant was nice and quiet and chairs are comfy. We've brought the children who enjoy it or enjoyed achromatic dinner alone. It's charming and the food is excellent.4/6/2013 12:00:00 AMNice for a hotel restaurantWasn't sure what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised. The space isn't very large but the service and food were very good. We dined there with our children but it would be nice for just a couple as well. Lighting/ambience is nice. Would go back if we stay at the Lodge again.
