It has been over a year since we've been last and this past Saturday night (April 2013), was amazing. There have been so many changes that have really perfected this place. The menu is wonderful and well laid out, being separated by type of food (the sea, the farm, veggies, etc). The food isn't drenched in butter, fats, oils; instead, it's just really good tasting food with really nice quality ingredients that don't need to be covered up! The menu changes daily except for certain well-known staples. We shared the mussels as an appetizer. They were velvety in texture and tasted superb. My husband got a large portion of perfectly prepared roast pork loin. I loved the artic char. The waitress recommended a perfect Malbec and expertly explained the differences between similar choices.
