But if anything - order the montana and the margarita. Otherwise i would skip along and try somewhere else. We're in NYC- king of pizza...this one jst didnt make the cut."

  • "I have been going to Forcella since it first opened in Williamsburg. I've dined at all three locations, and I think they all rock. But the Park Avenue one has become my favorite. I always have a great experience there. The food, wine and service are excellent. You've got to try the need sliders, the burrata with balsamic glaze and the margarita extra pizza!"

  • "We looked for a restaurant near theater Repertorio Español and we found this nice restaurant. We reserved in advance a table for six. Igor, our main waiter, welcomed us and took us to a nice table in the upstairs room.The decor is Italian. We chose a Nero d'Avola red wine which paired very well our dinner. The entrees were regular individual pizza margherita, grilled salmon, broiled scallops and spaguetti with fruta di mare. All of these were nicely prepared and everyone loved their entree. Water glasses were served regularly. initially the atmosphere was quiet but became louder as a group of younger people that sat next to us. Great food for a moderate price and very good service. I will go back again."

Let me start by saying pizza was off the hook. the crust is exactly like in naples. wood burning, thin crust, DELICIOUS. the appetizer of pear and arugula salad was alos really good and you could tell it was realy fresh. Wine list has good choice of Italian and world classics. Our server was very charming and personable young Italian fellow, who took good care to check on us often yet not too intrusively. We could see form our table that the bar schene is lively, as it seemed a group of young people was having a (bit loud) good time at the slick bar. The decor is over-the-top fifth ave , for those who like such a thing, great find open till late."

  • "When you come to Forcella you are greeted by a friendly staff who is taking care of you all the way through. They are very attentive even when busy and the food is delicious. Pizza is incredibly thin and crusty, steaks are perfect as well as are gnocchi and various pastas. The beautiful decor of grey and red complimented by gorgeous glass lamps creates a lavish atmosphere that merges this restaurant with a lounge-type place. This place has a second floor so you can choose whether you want to be seated in a more romantic and secluded space upstairs or on the lovely first floor that is at the center of this lively place. I enjoyed my dinner with a friend and I am sure that I will come back for more with my partner as well as with my friends."

  • "I came at Forcella with my friends for a quick lunch. We had a pizzas and their amazing octopus and caprese Forcella as an appetizers. Their selection of wine by the glass is pretty good. Service was great without annoying questions that they usually ask you in the restaurant. Food was fresh in a noticeable portions. I plan to be a regular here. It works for me!"

The salad came together with dinner and when we acted surprised the waiter said with visible annoyance that if we wanted the salad first we should have said so when we placed the order. In general I don't send food back but I was so annoyed already by the total lack of graciousness throughout the evening that I sent the salad back. The pizza was good but not good enough to compensate for the bad service."

  • "The food here is soooooo good. Came here for lunch and was told the Kobe burger are to die for so I had to try. They are huge and so flavorful. A little bit salty at first, but when you take a bite with the mozzarella, it is perfect! The portion was so large it was enough for 2 meals. And they have the best dessert! Great service as well."

  • "This is good quality food, but a bit like Kathryn Heigl: nice, but nothing special about it. The pizzas shouldn't be called that at all. They are more like a salad with cheese on a pita, or a poori or roti or flatbread. Very good and healthy. (My $20 truffle had a big bowl's worth of rocket or arugula or some other green covering it so that it was difficult to eat without spilling.) if you're looking for pizza, however, the surprise might not be desirable. If the place perhaps was marketed for this rather different feature, it might give me a Jamba Juice or pink berry kind of uniqueness, but it left me with nothing to be excited about."

  • "went to this restaurant that was 1,000 pts. Went in and wait staff informed us that a manager was not on duty so she would not be able to have enough menus for our party of 5. She only had one and couldn't print anymore. Then we couldn't order mixed drinks that were mentioned on menu because there was no bartender on duty. Finally went to order an egg dish on the menu, but was told we couldn't order that either. We left. Total mad vibe. I hope it was just a bad day for them."

  • "We had a great time there on my wife's birthday. The food was at a very high level and well prepared too. Interesting mix of Italian and American plates, and they also had a hamburger for my daughter. The have very decent wine list . Extensive Italian and Californian list. Also some creative cocktails and extensive choices of after dinner drinks. If there were a category for after dinner drinks and cocktails, I would give them 5 stars. On this occasion the noise level was moderate, but it can get pretty loud there."

We had hamburgers on a lunch break last week and the food was fine -- but had to ask for ketchup four times. Gave me the bill for another table (of 6 people); misdelivered a meal to me; you cann't get their attention unless you cartwheel."
