"I found this gem thru a Living Social deal. Upon arrival, we were seated immediately--we did have reservations. Appetizers, salads, pizzas, and desserts were incredible. The atmosphere was hip, the staff was professional. Our group of six was so full from our 12 noon lunch, that we didn't eat again until 10 pm! You can't walk away until you try Forcella's Nutella dessert pizza! Needless to say, we can't wait to go back to NYC to enjoy dining here again!"

"We had a wonderful lunch at Forcella. Our waiter, Antonio, was fantastic! He was so friendly and really knowledgeable about the menu. We were grateful to have him helping us. The food was incredibly fresh and perfectly executed. I really loved my Montanara pizza. If this is your first visit, I would highly recommend ordering that item. The Capri salad and Tiramisu were also great. Thanks, Forcella, for such a wonderful dining experience."

"Outstanding place! We enjoyed a delicious specialty, their fried pizza - Yummmmmm - and a scrumptious salad with pear, gorgonzola, arugula and walnuts - I took a picture of it so I'd remember the recipe! Great service, fantastic food, and the host even treated us to an appetizer so we could try it out. My 8 year old loved the place, and was treated so courteously. We are recommending this place to all our friends, it's true neighborhood find!"

"This is very good, interesting pizza, and I will definitely go back. The crust is thin but with a good chewiness and excellent flavor, maybe a little bit underdone in spots. We had the fried pie with marinara and mozzarella and a white pie with arugula and lemon slices. The fried pie was good, with a state-fair fried flavor (zeppoles, funnel cake) that you just know is bad for you, but delicious anyhow. Not sure I would always get that one, though. The homemade mozzarella was good, and next time I will probably try one of the mozz apps. The lemon pie was very unsual, but I loved it. A great, light, bitter Italian flavor, and it made the best leftover cold pizza ever the next day."

"If you want great pizza this is the place. Delicious red and white pies. Everything was good - especially the fried pizza. Went with 4 friends and all agreed it was excellent."
