The food was delicious. We had the plain fondue and a fondue concoction with bacon and walnuts. Oh my my! The bacon fondue was out of this world. Both fondues came with baskets of bread and potatoes (the potatoes are good enough to eat on their own!) and of veggies to dip, including kalamata olives and cornichons. Great choices!
We also indulged in a milk chocolate and walnut dessert fondue, which came with bread, chocolate bread, and assorted fruits. The fondue was tasty, and we appreciated the variety of accompaniments.
Service was lovely. The servers created a friendly neighborhood atmosphere and we were well taken care of by our server.
Try it. It was great!

Molten cheese. How can you go wrong? A good variety of dippers and all of the cheeses / chocolates taste delightful. I recommend the sausage plate for dipping.

A perfect blend of ambience and good food. A small restaurant with comfortable seating and low lighting created an intimate dining experience. We had The Traditional and Rawhide fondues which were excellent and are served with an impressive array of items to dip -- from tasty french bread cubes, broccoli, roasted potatoes (one of my favorites!), olives, apples, etc. Their sangria is one of the best I have ever found in a restaurant. For dessert we had the Happy Trails dark chocolate fondue which was amazing. Once again it is served with an impressive array of fruit (strawberries, bananas, kiwi), marshmallows, cookies, etc. The staff was friendly and attentive. We had a great time and are looking forward to our next visit.

Wine fondue and salad is a very nice combination! Tasty and fun to eat! The staff was friendly and the setting was casual and comfortable. I went with with friends on a early Sunday evening. I understand that it can get very crowded there and it is best to make a reservation to assure you get seated at a table instead of the bar. We were filled after the main courses but could not pass the temptation to order some of the dessert fondues! Glad we did but I needed to be rolled out of the restaurant when it was time to go! I will definitely come back to Fondue Cowboy!

Great place! Food is delicious and love the sangria. I always tell my friends they need to check this place out. I noticed it can get pretty loud in there on a busy night to the point where its hard to hear the person sitting across from you. Not sure if there is anything that can be done to tone down the noise though. Also we noticed only one person taking orders, serving, clearing, and doing bill transactions even though there looked to be 3 employees present. On a busy night like Saturdays it would be helpful to have at least 2 doing that position. Would make the wait time not as long for your customers. Wonderful time there as always of course!

The place is warm and hip in decor and service friendly. Fondue was good, though definitely not the best I've had and would have been nice to have a better selection of dipping items for the savory fondue. Very pricey at $24 for a tiny pot of cheese fondue and some bread cubes and broccoli heads. But the chocolate dessert fondue was terrific with a generous and varied selection of dipping items (4 stars for the dessert fondue).
