   We celebrated Mother's Day. It was extremely crowded and I heard whispers that they had over booked. Some people had waited past there reservation time to be seated. The waiter and support staff handled the over booking by all helping each other no matter what table they were assigned. The only criticism I have is that the front desk should text people if they cannot seat the party immediately.

   Hour and a half wait for a reservation and the ac didnt work in the place

   One of the worst experiences we have ever had at a restaurant on Mother’s Day. Very disorganized from the get go! People were waiting 45 minutes to an hour and a half with a reservation. They were way overbooked. The proteins were sub par. Service was poor, I suspect due to the mess in the front of the house. First time at Fogo… it will be the last!

   Didnt respect my reservation. I had to wait over an hour to be seated. Im pretty sure they were prioritizing the walk ins over reservations

   They clearly overbooked. Our reservation was at 2:30 and we didn’t get to our table until 3:20. Just for that we will not go again. The waitress was so tired from working non stop, but she did a great job. Food came out fast and tasted good.

   Staff was very accommodating during Mother’s Day. Busy holiday, but we still got what we wanted. Shout out to FOGO

   Decided to go for Mother’s Day. Overall disappointed with the experience. Overly crowed, waited over 40 minutes despite having reservations. Food was just okay. They messed up our seafood appetizer and drinks were slow and didn’t seem right. Not sure we will return.

   Very disappointed. Even with reservations we had a one hour wait. Once seated we were surrounded by large parties so by the time they got to us, if they didn’t skip us which was most of the time, there was more often than not not enough left on the skewers for our whole table. The majority of our offerings today were well done which we do not care for. The servers would appear about 1 or 2 every 10 minutes. Several times we had to flag them down to get something. Very disappointing and certainly not worth the money.

   It was extremely hot in there. They did not have the AC working and our table wasn’t ready for nearly almost an hour after the reservation.

    Arrived on time for our 12:30 pm reservation and checked in with hostess. Waited in under construction annex where it was too hot. Left around 1pm after not receiving any news about our table. Only got text about our table being ready around 1:25 PM. Almost a full hour. You know how to take reservations, but you don’t know what a reservation is.
