We had a great meal for my wife’s birthday. I don’t eat too much red meat anymore, but it was delicious. My favorites were the chicken breast and the sausage. They also gave my wife a choice of dessert for her birthday. She chose the Brûlée cheesecake and it was good. If you’re a red meat lover then this is a must visit for you.

I noticed that they don’t come to the table to offer cuts as frequently as they used to. Maybe the time 1:30 pm? But in general, it’s one of my favorite restaurants.

Overall, it was OK. I do recommend going during lunch hour. He has better quality of food and a little better service since it’s not as busy as evening. Evening time the food isn’t as consistent regularly.

As first-time diners here, but not new to the Brazilian steakhouse model, our experience was a huge disappointment. We were seated at a table that felt like it had been added out of necessity - not thoughtfully placed. Although everyone at our table had green cards displayed, servers continued to walk past us all night, and we were only ever offered 3 or 4 different meats. Our waiter was not able to communicate effectively in English, so we eventually gave up trying. None of us left full, and we went elsewhere for dessert. For a far superior experience in San Jose, we'll be going back to Taurinus Brazilian Steakhouse.

I'm not a meat eater, but our group had high expectations for the meat. They thought it was very average. The salad bar and other offerings were delicious and plentiful. The server accidentally spilled wine, and offered a free dessert which was nice of her. The person slicing the meat was scraping off something (salt?) straight onto the ground which we thought was quite odd. As it turns out, the meat drippings dripped right onto the envelope of a birthday card in a gift bag on the ground. I sure had never experienced this before. The service was good and it's a fun concept, but the prices are high for the quality of the meat.

We got there on a Sunday and we have eaten at Min for showers for some reason. It seems like the service has gone down on many locations. I’ve been to Los Angeles, San Diego and now San Jose the service seems to be sub. Not only was it’s a part the lady that was helping us Ended up leaving and we had no server for about 30 minutes until we asked the manager to come and help us as he walked by after the manager helped as he assigned us. A new server and service was still lagging. Not all the meats came around however, all the food that was served was pretty hot and tasty. When we first got there, the hostess said it would be about 15 minutes to sit and we ended up waiting for 30 minutes with no one around but us sitting in waiting. The service was disappointing, but the food made up for it.

We dined here for a family member's birthday. The people at the front desk were friendly and seated us on time. Also, our server was kind and as attentive as she could be considering she seemed to have more tables than were reasonable. However, we noticed some issues that just shouldn't have happened considering the atmosphere and expense of this meal. First, the restrooms were filthy. The floors were wet and sticky around the toilets, and the seats had wet paper stuck to them in every single stall. This went for both the men's and women's restrooms. Also, one of the gentlemen serving the meat put the bottom of the knife directly onto my plate as he cut the slice of meat. I wondered how many other plates he touched with that same knife. In addition, we were always the last to be served after a large table, so we were left with the remnants every time. We also noticed that we were given the cheaper meats first, such as sausage and chicken, and then had to wait over an hour for the items we requested, such as the lamb and filet. Overall, we likely won't be back, despite the rewards program and other incentives. There are nicer, cleaner places to go for the same price.
