  • "Second time we've been here, the first nearly two years ago. Things more polished now. Typical rodizio, waiters walking around with fresh-grilled meats, pleasant and willing to explain/look for meats that are more to the client's liking. Tables spaced comfortably apart so no noise. As usual for an all-you-can-eat, lots of good salad, bread, and side dishes to cut your appetite. Lunch is to be recommended at $30 rather than $50 for the same thing at dinner; at lunch they are basically making their money off drinks. More emphasis than usual on beef, at least five different cuts available, and lamb. More unusual stuff, like sausages, chicken, and organ meats, were rarely seen and not particularly recommendable."

  • "I really like the food, and the little bread rolls are amazing. The service was VERY attentive and had a high server-to-guest ratio. My only 2 complaints: 1) they included an automatic 18% tip. I was in a party of two. I would have tipped more than they forced on me, but since they snuck that on the bill....okay, then that's all you want. 2) there were 3 or 4 manic children running around, crawling around the salad bar, under the tables, pulling linens off tables...and the management didn't tell their parents to corral their kids. I spoke to our server and mentioned the screaming kids, and he shrugged and said it happens all the time. Well, then maybe management should step up and tell the parents to stop them when it happens!"

It almost killed it for us as we were TRYING to celebrate our 45th Wedding Anniversary. Had it not been for the EXCELLENT SERVICE from the start, we would have walked out and gone somewhere else."

  • "Food was great and the staff was attentive and courteous. Be sure to dress comfortable as you will have a lot of great cuts of meat and sides to select from... Garlic mash was excellent, recommend trying the shrimp cocktail as well. Overall experience was good but the ambiance was not what I expected, a lot more casual than you would think, which is good just would have dressed differently; sneakers, jeans and a polo vs. loafers, slacks and a button up. Again, a little pricey so be ready to spend some money and be sure to bring your appetite, but it was definitely worth it, will return soon."

  • "I have eaten at a couple different fogo de chao's. The one in Philly is the best. The one in Miami left a lot to be desired. Smaller venue and smaller food selection to go along with it. The most important point that upset me is that it was my wife's birthday and the waiter told me he would take care of it and they did nothing. "

  • "The restaurant has valet parking which is important because parking is very limited. The salad bar had a nice variety we including cheeses, smoked salmon, prosciutto. They also had hot dishes - rice, beans, fish dishes. Once at the table it is an endless array of meat that is served at your table. Just a flip of your card - green for service & red to stop. There were about 14 or 15 different cuts and/or seasonings. The lamb chop and bacon wrapped filet were our favorites. Side dishes of bread, mashed potatoes, grilled banana & polenta were served to our table. It was a tasty dining experience. Would be fun for groups too."

  • "Went Saturday night, 2/15/14 with a party of 10 people. The server came numerous times with the Chicken and sausage. Only once with the beef or what ever else they serve because they rarely came around. This is a steakhouse ? We had to request the tenderloin. The ribeye was tough and rubbery. They overcharged us for one of our party ordered the salad bar only. Took them 1/2 hour to correct the bill. Fun place but wouldn't go back."

  • "The waiter told us NO ASSIGNED WAITER TO THE TABLE so just grab anyone if necessary. BAD IDEA! We expected rounds of meat to be brought to our table just like other churrascaria, but NO. Hardly any meat was brought to our table even our salad plates were empty and our cards were GREEN. After about 25 minutes of no beef brought to our table, we asked for PICANHA, but still chicken and lamb, so we ask 2 more times for PICANHA, but still none, so finally we have an eye contacts with a server with PICANHA and get the first steak, but that was it. They never came to ask how everything was ONCE!!! and still charged 18% tip. For over $200 bill for 3 of us, we expect much more steak and better service. NEVER COME BACK AGAIN!"

  • "Fogo de Chao is one of the bast Brazilian chain in USA. The meat is fantastic and the ambience was very nice (quite better than Texas de Brasil). Also the buffet is very good. But the staff were not so careful as we should often call the waiters to have the various portion of meat. Long wait to get the bill (required twice). Valet parking should be offered, as mentioned clearly on the website, but it's to be paid 12$ for dinner and 7$ for lunch."

  • "I love this Fogo de Chão, the place gets 5 stars for the food as well as the waiter staff service, however the hostess COULD NOT locate my OpenTable reservation, so we did wait at the bar for a good half an hour. I was tempted to leave but did not because I knew how hard it would be to get good food in Miami for a vegetarian and ironically the Brazilian steakhouse Fogo de Chão never lets me down (besides the lost Opentable reservation and the half an hour wait!)."

  • "When you're in the mood to try up to 14 different types of good quality meats, a very nice salad bar and great service, this is an excellent choice. The only drawback to this type of restaurant is that you may not always get your meat cooked exactly as you'd like it. But, if you can tolerate mixing your favorite medium rare with meats that are cooked medium, that's a small sacrifice for the variety you get and the unlimited quantity. Most meats are either medium or medium rare, except chicken, which is cooked thoroughly. Highly recommend if the above terms are acceptable."
