  • "I was referred to this restaurant by my boss for a place to take my lady (now fiancee) to dinner. The environment, food, and service was great. The salad bar was well-kept and quiet a variety of side dishes. The service was friendly, yet we didn't have a fixed waitress so when it was time to leave I didn't know who I should leave my cash-tip too so I assume everyone split the pot once the restaurant closed. The assortment of meats that were brought to our table was full of flavor and just delicious. It was quite a unique experience. You have to flip a coaster from red to green, when it is on the green side the servers will bombard with you food until you flip it back over. Great place for couples, groups and the kids."

Minor complaint was there were certain cuts of meat we requested and it took quite a while for them to bring it over. Then they never brought those cuts back again... Food was wonderful though."

While we enjoyed that, and the normal charuscarria, we were disappointed there were no breakfast items, no fresh fruit, no omelet bar, etc. We paid the normal dinner price, which made the lack of brunch food even more frustrating. Soda refills are 2.95 each, and they don't tell you. We were quite surprised to see almost $20 on our bill just for Diet Coke.   • "Way too much for a hungry big eater like me to sample everything. Now, that's out of the way. The baby New Zealand lamb chops were the best I have ever eaten, as were the plain old hearts of palm on the salad bar. Also particularly good: the Tuscan salami, the Spanish manchego, the kale/orange/red onion salad, the shrimp marinated with celery and mango slivers. And my champagne and elderflower liquer cocktail! The Key lime pie was tasty but not what Southerners would call Key lime pie. However, the creme brulee, also a Deep South specialty, was excellent and generous. After a bit, the meats began to blend together on my palate but one, a crispish on the outside beef, was particularly tender and flavorful. Excellent service."

Asked for it when we sat down, and about five more times before they brought it to us a half hour later. Drinks took 10 mins from order to deliver. Was brought wrong drink multiple times. This is by far the worst service i have gotten from any of the Fogo that i have been to."

  • "We were seated in the rear of the restuarant, not in the main room. Needless to say my plate sat empty quite a few times waiting for another server to come by. Some servers would come by and completely pass our table by. Every other time we been here we had to turn our service card over so we could eat what we have already been served so we know what to expect. I was somewhat disappointed. I will probobly not return to this restaurant."

  • "Overall, I liked the service. When we first arrived, I mentioned to the hostess that we preferred seating as mentioned on the opentable reservation. The hostess acknowledged the note and said she would take care of it. We were still seating by the kitchen. I called for a manager and he moved us to the preferred seating. This is probably my 40th time to dine at a Fogo De Chao restaurant and they should know my preferences. Overall, it was fixed and I am happy."
