They have a very delicious salad bar with many delectable things to pick from. The meat selection is outstanding and there are servers and other wait staff that cater very well to ones needs. They can easily get a certain cut of meat to ones table by request. The side items to go with the meal are replaced on a regular basis. The whole restaurants staff works very well to together to provide an enjoyable meal to their patron. The sound quality on the restaurant is very quiet and very easy to talk to ones dinner companion.

The service was outstanding and very attentive. And of course the signature cuts of meat were mouthwatering! And the amazing part was, I was able to have as much as I wanted of everything they served for one price. We aren't talking about a buffet, we are talking about chefs bringing still sizzling cuts of meat, straight from the fire on skewers and slicing it at your table to order. (Medium? Slice off this section. Medium Rare? Slice off the other side.) Everything was fantastic, and with 14 different cuts constantly circling the restaurant it was impossible to get bored. Salad bar and sides are included, of course. Sure, it's a little pricey, and you wouldn't want to do it every day, but it was totally worth it. Third visit and I've enjoyed every meal. Not a big fan of the veal - but all the different cuts of meat and their preparations are delicious. The only problem is the "salad bar" - which newbies fill up on instead of saving room for the barrage of meat that is about to be presented. And it is a great salad bar - with all the different veggies, cheese, and smoked meats - it is hard not to get stuffed on the goodies. Service each time was impeccable. The flat rate can be a sticker shock for some - but given the variety and quality - well worth the price. Just don't take your vegetarian and vegan friends.4/5/2013 12:00:00 AMA great job done on Easter SundayEaster Sunday wa the third time I've been to Fogo, my husband has gone many times for lunch. We took a small table in the corner by the window to be out of the line of traffic and it was, as we found out later that the restaurant had recently shuffled around some tables and the gauchos were used to taking a different path around the restaurant that had not involved the corner we were in. A waitress, seeing our problem, said she would mention it to management so they could "retrain" gauchos. Dinner, as usual, was a lovefest of meats. The salad bar is amazing and all fresh vegetables and meats very nicely arranged. There were plenty of gluten-free offerings. This time we went through several of the traditional Brazilian specialty drinks from the cart...all were prepared as-ordered with freshly muddled fruits and herbs...very tasty. The only slight downside for us on this visit (for a birthday celebration) was that there was a huge business party taking place in the adjacent private room - it didn't affect noise level, per se, but the line at the salad bar was excruciating to get through for a bit, but nothing we couldn't deal with!
