Starting with the salad bar, there are so many varieties of vegies, meats, and cheeses as well as hot rice & beans. The meats are amazing and they will get you the temp of your choice. This is great for getting a viriety of tastes. More than the delicious food, the service is unbeatable. They do team service and often they have your requests taken care of before you even have to ask. This is a must try spot for anyone that likes food. Oh, and there must be mention of the complimentary valet parking. The lamb chops are outstanding. All of the other meat was very good except the lamb t bone, it was a little dry. The meat servers seem to appear out of nowhere when you want them, and disappear when you don't. Everyone who served us was polite and caring. We have even sampled the grilled meats in Argentina. Fogo de Chao really delivered on taste, service, and ambiance. The quality of meats was very good. With unlimited food, no one will ever leave hungry!
We also let them know about a dual special occasion: a birthday and our anniversary. They brought desserts with the wished written on the plates for both. The salad bar is the best I've had with premium ingredients. If you like Cesar dressing, they have the best!! The meat was delicious and nearly melts in your mouth. The polenta fries are so good!!! There is south food it can be overwhelming. This visit was in celebration of my daughter's 42nd birthday. I am sad to say that the wait person assigned to our table was not knowlegable about the favorite lime drink and time after time we were forced to as another waitperson for help (female). She was helpful and worked with our waitperson after that and the experience was much better. Otherwise the food was as it always is . amazing. Heaven for those on the Paleo diet plan :-)Come hungry to test all the different types of seasoned meats. Once you turn your green card, they will surround you with offerings. Feel free to say no to the servers if you want to wait for something new or your favorite picks. We had to wait awhile for the Lombo. The server kept passing by our table even with a green tab.
