With the convenient flip up cards you almost feel like your part of an eating game show but with the fancy table clothes and napkins you feel a sense of style all the while. Since the price is all inclusive it makes a great place to go with large groups since you can pretty much evenly divvy up the bill before entering but its also very romantic to just go on a date for your birthday like we did. The salad bar was awesome with its great variety of delectables. I had to pace myself since I also wanted to enjoy some meat entrees. What an abundance of delicious, perfectly seasoned meats that were presented by the roaming "Gaucho" servers. The wait staff was very professional and yet individually charming. Will certainly return very soon to enjoy some of the other specialties that I missed. I think that this is probably too early to eat at this restaurant, as they do not offer the full variety of meats and the meats are not as well seasoned as we have experienced during more busy service times. That is my reason for the good rating vs. very good. Overall, the service is very good. The salad bar is great and the table sides are delicious, also. The chef came out to speak to me about our son's food allergies and made sides that he could eat, which we appreciate very much. After taking my best friend here last spring break at their Kansas City branch, I always try to make it a treat for my friends for celebration. They love it almost as much as I do! The service starts slow (we get there pretty early), but by the time it hits 6:30-7pm, the world dining room dances with energy and food magic. The food is very good, some of the meat cuts can be a little fatty, but overall you should be able to find something you like. After dessert and coffee the bill was about $60 a piece for lunch so this isn't for everyday dining.
