Endless cuts of steak as well as lamb, pork and chicken come flying to your table accompanied by mashed potatoes, polenta and plantains. If you haven't prepped by not eating for several days prior to dining at Fogo de Chao, you'll run the risk of exhausting your appetite before you've even gotten through round one.
It's great fun, however,... guaranteed to add to your girth... and that's before you even consider the salad bar.

We were seated in a very back room and felt a bit isolated from everyone else. You might want to request a main dining area to get a full experience. Our server was absolutely amazing. He gave us good recommendations on drinks and desert and made sure that we got to try all the meats. File Minion and Parmesan crusted pork is a must try. Very flavorful, very nice texture,melts in your mouth. As for drinks- Brazilian special Beer and Strawberry Lemonade with vodka (i think)were delicious. Even though meats are quiet filling definitely leave the room for desert or get it to go as we did. The noise level was a bit on the noisy side and that's ok if you are with a group of friends having drinks and good food. Service was great and the food was delicious and tasty. The meats were cooked to perfection! There was just so much to eat, I guess I will have to go back a second time. If you are not a carnivore, the salad bar had quite an array of delectable salads and sides. It was scrumpious. They had so much to choose from and had alot of interesting prepared salads as well.
