They all quickly serve you your meat selections when you card is green. If you need a drink or a refill of your side dishes, they are so nice. Unlike your typical high-end steak house where you place your order and hope you made the right choice, at Fogo de Chao you have the opportunity to sample the entire menu and select just what you want and as much as you want. We asked to be seated in a certain area, and that was accommodated. The service was attentive, yet not intrusive. Clean plates are supplied without asking.

The kids love it and don't want to even consider eating elsewhere. The "gourmet" salad bar is wonderful as well as the cheese rolls and plantains.
