The Flying Fish came up as a good place for both, so we made a reservation and gave it a try. We had excellent seafood and steak and the dark chocolate mousse pie was amazing! The bar began having karaoke about 9 or so and was relatively busy and we had a great time and the crowd was eclectic and friendly. I recently moved from the Jersey shore to Alexandria to take a position in Washington.
After a day of sight-seeing, my girlfriend asked for us to eat here at the Flying Fish. Our waitress was warm and gracious.

But was worth the wait as the drinks are delicious! Overall value was very good.
