"First time there and went for a birthday, it was awesome. Great concept, different, food was delish. I would recommend for a special event not for everyday eating. Suggest making reservations a week or two in advance!"

"I wouldn't have changed a thing. The food was wonderful. The service was attentive and helpful without being overbearing. The prices were high, but well worth it. I got the feathered flight and LOVED everything on my plate. The traditional dessert flight was the perfect finish to the meal. I would go back anytime I was visiting Memphis."

"The entire concept of Flight's menu fits well with those of us who are either indecisive or enjoy sampling food from everyone's plate. My wife and I selected a themed entree "flight" - she selected steak, and I chose seafood. Each flight entree consists of three mini-plates of delicious food. In my case, shrimp, scallops, and lobster tail. Her steak entrees were elk, buffalo strip steak, and beef fillet (each with side dishes). Each and every dish was we tried varied from very good to excellent. The service was good and exceedingly polite. We even enjoyed complimentary valet service. The prices ( are the only downside, as it limits us to special occasions. Lunch is almost as great, and much cheaper (~$9-12)."

"Our first experience at Flight was very pleasant. The service was truly great, the ambiance was very pleasant, and the food was quite good with a few exceptions... on both of our lobster plates, the lobster was tough, my filet was not cooked as requested (medium rare), but by all means, GET THE SHRIMP RISOTTO! To die for! And considering that my husband and I both had three course flights, most of the food was very good. We will be returning, periodically."
