"AMAZING FOOD! The Parma and Thai dishes are a must try! Ashton, our server was so friendly and made our experience one we will never forget. Great times, good laughs and even better food. The dessert was delish too...try the friend whoopie pie."

"The mussels menu was huge, the mussels were outstanding, and so was the lobster roll. Our waiter was rushing us a little to turn our table, but the food was great and the atmosphere was lively."

"This is my third visit to Flex Mussels and I began a fan instantly. First of all, the idea of a menu filled with diverse and exotic mussels recipes is totally unique and simply delightful. It's a thrill to be working my way through the choices and I'm turning everyone I know on to this wonderful find. Each recipe I've had so far has been a culinary masterpiece - Provence, Thai, Fra Diavola, Bombay have all been terrific. Plus, whatever they do to the fries, the simple salad (and dressing) is incredible. And, the piece de resistance (and from a non-dessert person, this is saying something) ... the doughnuts are out of this world. In a nutshell, I'm a fan of Flex Mussels and I'm going to do my part to spread the word!"

"I like mussels a lot, so when Flex Mussels opened around the corner that was nice. They have a good menu, with lots of variations on the mussels theme. My choice, a fairly simple one, did not turn out all that well. The mussels themselves were "mushy," when I prefer them with a little bit of chewiness. Of the flavorings listed in the menu, the tomatoes and especially the garlic came on strong, but the pernod, basil and orange peel were missing in action. I think the garlic overwhelmed. Service was very good. They could use a wider range of white wines by the glass."

"Saw Flex on The Cooking Channel and decided to take my fiance for our anniversery. It was the best decision I could have made. Super easy to find, absolutly delicious, Waiter knew about the food allergies we had before we even had to say anything. Have already planned our next trip to enjoy Flex, and have told everyone how delicious it was."

"If you love mussels, this is a must. Every kind of way to prepare mussels, just watch that you dont burn your tongue. Oh, And you must leave room for dessert, the fried doughnuts are insane!"

"This was our second visit to this location and we were very disapointed. The first time was just after they opened and we loved it.Remembering our previous experience,we made a reservation for 7pm but were not seated until 7:30-waiting for tables to free up. The bar was frantic and there was no place to sit while waiting for the table. Then when we were finally seated, "the kitchen was backed up" so we did not receive our food for another 30 minutes after ordering. No offer of a drink while waiting, no offer of desert to make up for the delay. Very slapdash,offhand service. The food was mediocre. Will not be back."
