We've always wanted to try Flemings, but it is normally way too expensive for our budget. Everything is usually ordered ala carte but with the Magical Dining option, we were able to enjoy the same portion sizes at a much more reasonable price. My only comment - and I can't even call it a complaint - is our steaks were each ordered medium but came out medium well. For a steakhouse we found that surprising since they should know when to remove a steak from the grill. We could have asked for a re-do but they were still delicious and enjoyed by all.

Fleming's is a chain steakhouse with prices in line with higher end steakhouses; for some reason it feels like a chain. We went there for our anniversary so a special occasion. Interesting touch, you receive a card signed by the staff. Food was good; we had a rib eye special that came with spinach salad, rib eye with gorgonzola cheese, sun dried tomatos served on a bed of spinach. The server acknowledged that the chief obviously likes spinach and we were advised we could substitute if we desired. We did and ordered the wedge salad. First time I have had a wedge that looked more like a half wedge, but it was good and I did not feel I wanted more. Desert was included and for $29.95 it was a good value. Drink prices were high, special

I took my boyfriend here for his birthday because he loves steak and they had a variety of other choices for me. We chose the calamari for an appetizer (which was a little rubbery to me, but the seasoning was good), my boyfriend chose one of their steaks which he thoroughly enjoyed, and I got the lobster, which was also delicious. My boyfriend received a birthday card from the staff at the start of our meal and, since we had dessert waiting for us at home, my boyfriend was given a box of four truffles. The dining room is a very open area, not as romantic, cozy, or private as I was hoping. Overall it was a good experience, but not extraordinary. I will probably try another steakhouse for our next special occasion.

Flemings is always a great place to dine alone, with friends and with a group. The service was superb, the waiter attentive and the food excellent. And, I took a doggie bag home for me and had dinner the next day. The price is affordable and look forward to another meal at Flemings - either Winter Park or Sand Lake - both exceptional.

our party of 4 attended the easter sunday brunch (not their usual bailiwick) at flemings and were treated royally from the moment the valet parked our car til the moment we got back aboard. our waiter was super-nice and worked very hard to overcome the huge crowd the restaurant was copoing with on the holiday. excellent food, cooked just right -- and its not easy to please 4 fussbudgets! for that one time a year i might want to go to a steakhouse, flemings in winter park would be my choice.

Went for my husband's birthday dinner with another couple. Overwhelmed by that dishrag smell you get in certain bars when we walked in. Appetizers were very good: mushroom ravioli, spicy grilled shrimp, and lobster tempura. Very poor wine list for wines by the glass. Lamb and pork chop was good but the 8 oz and light filet were cooked incorrectly. Had ordered medium and center was rare. Mashed potatoes were below mediocre. Mac and cheese and green beans were good. Server was great! Brought us a dessert sampler platter with birthday candles. Lava cake was good but creme brulee too pudding like. Do not plan on ever going back as for the money, Del Frisco's is at a completely different level.

Dimly lit, quiet ambiance, comfortable. The wine menu was above average with a wide selection, particularly by the glass, but had a paucity of higher end wines. The food was very good. Our calamari initially was overcooked but they remedied that immediately by replacing it within 3 minutes. The tomato was sweet and flavorful in the salads. The burger with blue cheese was cooked perfectly with good flavor, the filet was moist with good texture and flavor, not overwhelmingly buttery. The vegetables tasted fresh and ripe. The service was excellent. We were well taken care of, water was refilled continuously, we did not ask for things twice (a common problem at other restaurants). Overall a very positive experience.

We went on a Saturday night, Valentine's weekend and it was SUPER crowded! Thank goodness we made reservations through Open Table! The restaurant was noisy - it's an open dining room. And, although it took an hour to get our food, our server, Nick was SO polite and accommodating, as was the manager. She bought us our wine and dessert...and we weren't even complaining as we knew it was a very busy weekend. When we did finally get to eat...YUM!! :) I highly recommend Flemings in Winter Park!

When you have an occasion calling for spending $40 for a steak a la carte, with a side of cooked carrots or baked potato an additional $8.50, then Flemings can fill the bill. The service is unobtrusive yet attentive, the background noise not overwhelming (a muted steakhouse is an oxymoron, however) and the food well-prepared and presented. Our party of three adults, with wine by the glass, came out to $200 for a dinner recently, including entrees of NY Strip steak, fish and filet mignon. The table adjacent to ours had a celebrity seated, which attracted a constant stream of Fleming's staff to his table with attendant chatter and standing around. Otherwise a pleasant experience.

My wife and I live in the Washington, DC area and dine out at least once a week at one of the many great restaurants in DC. We took my parents to the Fleming's (in Orlando) for my Dad's 60th birthday and we couldn't have picked a better place to take them. We wanted to create a memorable night for my Dad and the folks at Fleming's didn't disappoint. Everyone from the host to the bartender to our incredible server, Holly, was fantasic. Holly was not only a great server, but she is also a certified Sommellier so she helped us select a terrific bottle of wine. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and everyone there made us feel right at home. My Dad could't have enjoyed his 60th birthday dinner more. We will definitely be going back!

Our group has dined at Fleming's previously and this occasion did not measure up. Two of us ordered from the Magical Dining Menu and two ordered the Memorable Meals Trio special feature dinner, with the added wine pairing. Our server was not familiar with the latter and had to excuse himself to find out what that dinner was. Same with the wines offered on the pairing. Three of the six glasses of wine had chips around the base - very cheap looking. Two of the salads were aweful. The filet was exceptional, as was the seared Ahi Tuna. The Lamb Chop was cooked correctly, but was simply not tender at all. None of us noticed any of the sauces mentioned on the menu on the Creme Brulees. This was a forgettable dinner.
